Ever since Covid, I haven't had to go in the bank so I don't know what it's like now. The app works great, so I deposit all my checked with that. Cash, I deposit at their front ATM, because the back two ATMS repeatedly spit the cash back out and can't read them. They should perform maintenance on them.

Does anyone actually work here? They’re trying to seize my assets stored in a safe deposit box, but I can’t speak with anyone to clear up their mistake. I’ve called at least forty times over the last two months. Am I supposed to fly 600 miles to this location so they can apologize for their error? Absolutely ridiculous.

Sketchy atm's outside, with homeless pol always in the parking lot. Go inside, and it's worse, a huge ugly building with one teller, always. The banker came around telling everyone, "Someone else is about to open up." for more than 20 minutes, and no one ever did. I temporarily have to use Bank of America. But because of this one location, I will never join them in the long run.

Came in to change my last name on my account and they said I had to make an appointment and talk to a banker. Made an appointment and came back. I have been waiting 30 mins (past my appointment time) and no sign of help.

Ok talk about a good patience builder here. This business is run by human beings who are at best Neanderthals in Ross dress for purchased clothing. The customer in front of me was a small business owner who couldn't get quarters for her business, even threatening to change Banks, very unprofessional these cave dwellers were. You know it didn't take very long for me to green light a yelp about this bank. Being a non Bank of America member I was instantly treated as if I supported trump or communism. I showed no interest in there advances to join B of A, and that fast I was told to sit and wait and wait I did. Just a little bit of power went right to there big fat heads. Shame on you

I am very disappointed in the manager at this BofA location, who was insensitive to a customer. The line was quite long due to there (at that moment) only being one teller. There was an elderly man who used a cane to walk and he was verbally unhappy with the wait. The customer was not in the right but he didn't deserve to be talked to the way he was. He was confronted by a lady with long blonde hair, wearing a dark suit who I believe was a manager. Instead of trying to de-escalate the small situation she did quite the opposite. She went straight to the low road without any compassion by telling him she would have to ask him to leave if he doesn't calm down. He asked her if she would help him. She told him "No, I can't help you. You will have to wait just like everyone else. Or you can use the ATM outside. It's easy. I can't help you because you have cash." Then she told him she can help him close his account. Is that the kind of representation you want regarding a frustrated customer? Shame on you blonde lady. No compassion at all. Just wait until you need some compassion... :-(

Thus bank never have enough staff so it’s all ways a long waiting in line for 25 mins so disappointed. Staff more people at you banks please.

Bank of America has closed this bank and 4 other Bank of America branches in Ventura County where I live forcing its customers to drive all over the county looking for a bank that is open. Found one on Victoria Avenue, and there were already 50+++ customers in the line. The wait was 2 hours. I got a paper receipt that didn't even confirm the name on the account or the account #. I am really scared that the bank is going under and plans to take our money. Other National banks are equally shaky, and the branch manager refused to confirm the bank even plans to remain open. Good grief!!!!
