I am very disappointed in the manager at this BofA location, who was insensitive to a customer. The line was quite long due to there (at that moment) only being one teller. There was an elderly man who used a cane to walk and he was verbally unhappy with the wait. The customer was not in the right but he didn't deserve to be talked to the way he was. He was confronted by a lady with long blonde hair, wearing a dark suit who I believe was a manager. Instead of trying to de-escalate the small situation she did quite the opposite. She went straight to the low road without any compassion by telling him she would have to ask him to leave if he doesn't calm down. He asked her if she would help him. She told him "No, I can't help you. You will have to wait just like everyone else. Or you can use the ATM outside. It's easy. I can't help you because you have cash." Then she told him she can help him close his account. Is that the kind of representation you want regarding a frustrated customer? Shame on you blonde lady. No compassion at all. Just wait until you need some compassion... :-(

Bank of America has closed this bank and 4 other Bank of America branches in Ventura County where I live forcing its customers to drive all over the county looking for a bank that is open. Found one on Victoria Avenue, and there were already 50+++ customers in the line. The wait was 2 hours. I got a paper receipt that didn't even confirm the name on the account or the account #. I am really scared that the bank is going under and plans to take our money. Other National banks are equally shaky, and the branch manager refused to confirm the bank even plans to remain open. Good grief!!!!

Horrible customer service. Condescending, mean spirited assistant manager and employee Adrian. They just wanted to fill up their 'hour' for my appointment and they wasted my time. Went over to Wells Fargo and they took care of every wanted in less than 15. Cheerfully. Avoid at all costs

After waiting two months for the EDD to begin issuing my Unemployment Benefits, then an additional two weeks for BofA to mail me a debit card with which to access the funds, I drive to the bank for some much needed financial reinforcement only to find the branch closed at 4:00 "due to Covid." Seriously? Is anyone else operating under reduced hours for no justifiable reason at all at this point? BofA operates TWO branches of their bank in the city. Is there any other way of forcing more customers into your door in a lesser period of time than closing branches and cutting hours? I'm sure there's suit-clad some desk rider who gets a huge bonus each year for coming up with such boneheaded nonsense. I'm much looking forward to setting up direct transfers of my funds so that I won't ever have to step foot inside one of your banks again.

I came to this bank to withdraw money from my debit card. there was about 7 employees and there was about 8 people total in line. I ended up leaving the bank after an hour. They are very disorganized and their customer service was horrible. I understand if they were pretty busy or short staffed but I feel more organization would of prevented this. I wanted to leave and go to another bank and they told me I couldn't because they had ran my debit card and I wouldn't be able to withdraw my money elsewhere that I could lose my money. That is without receiving it so I was forced to stick around. Bad communication bad service never coming back here again. They kept telling to wait 10 minutes that they were having issues with computers and it turned to longer than 10 mins. It's not the first time this happened to me here at this location.

I have of b of a credit card someone had stole my number and used the card 30 times in one day It was at night so I was sleeping I woke up to a text at 3 AM from Bank of America telling me my card was turned off I called them and explain to them I still had my card but all the transactions at the 30 food places were fraudulent they agreed. But today I got my credit card bill in because two of the places my card was used I had gone to order Domino's Pizza in 2017 in Mimi's cafe in 2015 that I had to pay 300.00 because that place of business before? All the transactions were grubhub and online ordering not in person no I'd presented! Bank of America can not be trusted i now have to pay the bill and stop using them Capital one has zero pay for fraud I will only use that card Bank of America has lost my business for life. Just because two years ago are used domino pizza means anybody who ever use my card fraudulently went to a place of business in America with the same name I'm responsible makes a lot of sense if you're an idiot

I've been coming to this branch for 4 years and have never had an issue. I was shocked to hear that they will be closing this branch in October. It was very convenient, and I never had to wait in long lines.

What is protection, and when is it just a plain pain in the gluteus. The robot assistant manager told me they won't accept cash from non-customers to deposit in their customer's account. It must be a check or money order. I told them I didn't feel I should need to drive to Ojai to give my friend fifty dollars. Could the teller or assistant manager have offered to call my friend and verify he expected the deposit and identify me? Could she have tried to give the appearance of the helpful institution BofA brags of in commercials? Could she have provided a personal service to help a BofA customer receive funds in a timely fashion? The robot assistant manager told me "Against policy beep beep I am useless and replaceable. Screw our customers. We have their money already.' So fell the last bastion of exemplary service, the financial institution. Now I get to drive miles and miles. Thanks BofA.
