Jen is a great personal trainer. I've had other trainers in the past, and she is the best I've found so far. She is super encouraging, and helps you get through those tough workouts. She does a great job of making sure to hit all the muscle groups, for a balanced workout.

I've been training with Jen for quite a while now, she really knows how to help motivate me and keep me on track with my eating plans. I would highly recommend her gym or boot camp classes. She makes it fun because she gets in there and trains with you!!
