“I dont review. Had to review. Came in to drop off a bike which was previously owned by my best friends dad who passed from cancer recently. The bike was a triathlon bike of which I knew nothing about. I never even rode a road bike. I signed up for an ironman this year and of all sections riding the biking portion was definitely my weakest. It was an honor to try and attempt my first on one of his old bikes knowing he has completed many and I looked up to him in very high regard throughout my childhood. These guys listened, offered advice, handed out knowledge and and got my bike fixed up clean up and sparkling based on what I needed and even gave me a discount on the tune up in good faith I would be a return customer. Well I will be. After visiting a couple other shops with staff that acted like 2010s know it all vape shop employee. these guys were the furthest thing from that. Great customer service!!!! A rarity these days. Thanks for all you help advice and knowledge. I appreciate you guys putting me on point!”
“Trevor runs the best shop in town. I took my bike in for a few specific things, but he gave it a once-over and had it running like it was brand new. I was so impressed, and at such a reasonable price. He’s also just a cool guy with great stories and will always make you feel comfortable. Excellent, excellent.”
