This place sucks! Just left the store and I swear everyone there hates their job. Everyone is unnecessarily rude and doesn’t want to help. Or they will flat out cuss at you (like the tall balding white guy did as we waited for our table we JUST BOUGHT because we parked in front of the store WHICH IS WHERE HIS COWORKER TOLD US TO PARK).

Always a spot that I check when I need something. Generally reasonably good quality for a much lower price. It's kept clean, the staff are friendly, good selection of items, great prices... definitely worth checking out if you're on a budget or if you like to save money.

They beat the big box stores on a new Black + Decker microwave oven on Black Friday. The cashier even honored the online discount code. I was in and out without any problems.

Alex was great! She even advised me when I earned 10 off 40 on my receipt! I always throw them away so I appreciated her letting me know! Great deals. Got patio lights, Xmas lights and a projection snow flurry. Really for the holiday ! They have a ton of Xmas decor still too!

Big lots in Ventura has shelves nice and stocked and the store was clean and neat. They had just what I wanted which was de-caf McDonald's coffee pods. Yay

Sold me an open box fan at full price because previous owner said “nothing was wrong” what a load of manure! It immediately broke as soon as I switched it on and I had to drive the 45 minutes back - each way! - to return it. No apology, just a bad attitude like I was the one that was trying to pull as fast one.
