As an owner and operator of Panczak Construction based in Camarillo, I highly recommend to all my clients to go to Cabinet Parts connection to explore cabinetry items; doors, parts, and specialty items to become familiar with items to be installed in their kitchens and bathrooms. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and the parts come fairly quickly if they are not already available. They have a decent showroom to explore all the possibilities, and catalogs are available to view items if they are not displayed. Please understand however they usually have 2 people on staff and are fairly busy at times dealing with people purchasing items, or someone is working in the back getting items ready, but when you are next they dedicate their time to helping you out.

We were very disappointed in the customer service. We were recommended here by our cabinet maker and painter. We were not acknowledged when we came in to the store and we looked around for about 15 minutes before a gentleman came to ask us if we needed any help. We chose some cabinet poles and knobs. We asked for a sample and he said he would get it to us in a couple of days. It's already been a week and a half and we have not heard from them. We had a $500 job for them and so we ended up going elsewhere. It's really sad because they have a great selection
