Jose & Candice and wonderful. They always take the time to answer all of my questions and chat.
They have a great selection of reptiles, arachnids, mantises and various other insects. They also have a few birds.
There’s a really good variety of feeders for all of your critters. And of course all the accessories and tanks you need.

Shop recommended by my vet for exotic pets. Jose is very knowledgeable and trys to save u $$. My dragon loves the bugs and eats a lot of them. Prices are very good so not bad and u know all feeders are alive.

I was thrilled to see a small business for reptiles in our town. There had been another one years back, but it sadly closed. I have been avoiding chain pet stores since I rescue, and this shop is perfect. We have had many different reptiles over the years. The owner is very knowledgeable and takes great care of all the creatures in the shop. I love the bio-active enclosure set ups he has, and his connections with breeders, good businesses, and expos. Please support small businesses.
I only wish this place wasn't so hidden. The only reason I noticed it, after the years it has been opened, is because I happened to be walking up the street after sightseeing.
Fyi, anyone (like a reviewer) recommending a Petsmart, which is a known chain store with inhumane mill breeding and husbandry, is a HUGE red flag. Small shops over a chain store for reptiles and other animals any day!

Not on the reptile hobby anymore, but I was in the area and stopped in to see if they had any cat supplies and boy am I happy I stopped by. All the reptiles I saw had bright colors on them and they all looked healthy and happy. With all the different species they have its like a little mini zoo! Show some support and check them out! (and yes they did have a small section of cat supplies)

Candice and Jose are the nicest people!
They took the time with me to make sure I was completely informed and certain about which reptile friend I was going to take home. They were patient with me and allowed me to take the time I needed to decide. Their customer service is a lost art in this world, and made my day that much better. I feel so happy and greateful to have bought my new baby from their shop, they deserve the business and I wish them the absolute best! Can’t beat the intimacy of a mom and pop shop right here in our town!
Thank you so much for your help! And I can’t wait to be back to buy more

Went in for crickets and a new bulb for my leopard geckos heat lamp, was greeted and helped by the owner Jose, he showed my little brother some free roaming lizards and we had a great time! they have a wide variety of reptiles and amphibians if you're looking to adopt a new pet. I liked the layout of the store alot, plenty to look at and ethically sourced animals. They also have some nulo products for dogs, some cat stuff, and dog/cat grooming brushes/supplies! They carry genies CBD drops for dogs as well, I would recommend Charismatic Creatures to everyone!

Honestly most everything you see came from charismatic creatures. As a young teen I had critters but had to relinquish them due to living situation. Fast forward I’m an adult and never really thought of getting back into the hobby… until I walked inside this local store and my love for it just came back to life. If you want the full support from the moment you get your animals til you no longer need it. Buy from here I got 2 captive tokay siblings and they are now a year and so very healthy and social! Thanks Jose and Candice for doing what y’all do! Recommend 10 out of 10. Not even sugar coating it either. Just my raw experience.
