This Chevron has some of the cheapest top tier fuel in town and Chevron allegedly has some of the best quality fuel in general, but the reason I’m giving 2 stars is because their fuel pumps are very slow. I’ve been to this station twice this week and both times it pumped slow. This is concerning because I’ve had multiple mechanics tell me a slow fuel pump could be a sign that the pumps aren’t getting serviced properly which could result in poor quality fuel that could damage your engine. I’m not sure if that’s the case here but it’s not worth the risk when for an extra 5-10¢ a gallon I can go to another gas station with top tier fuel and not have to worry about this issue. Hopefully they fix whatever is going on because I rarely ever have this issue with Chevron Gas Stations. I always thought that’s why Chevron gas is usually more expensive than other places.

They shut down all pumps for shift change at 2pm. For up to 15 to 20 minutes. Leaving all customers waiting. I have never experienced this at any other gas Station...

I’ve been to this gas station on the number of occasions. They typically have a great deal. I stopped in the other night because the gas was 5.99 a gallon. But when I got to the pump I found out that none of the pumps were working. I went inside and the customer service gentleman who is working was very kind. One of the great things about this gas station is just proximity. There’s a stoplight nearby so you can get in and out and get where you need.

very dissapointed with chevron in ventura, on telegraph rd :( years ago i worked at a chevron & we always had excellent customer service. well chevron on telegraph sucks. sandra is a veey rude cashier & doesn't realize that customer come 1st. i will no longer go to this chevron. & because of sandras constant rudeness, i might stop going to all chevrons. shame on you sandra, usually i only do nice reviews cus theres so much negativity in the world, but chevron should put on there reciepts a way to contact managaement so they would actual care to do ßomething about constanlty rude people like sandra, oh well. now she will start kissing other customer butts, so have fun with that. no time to fix spelling errors, im a busy, kind person :)

Seems every time I come here and want to give them business the "will be back" sign is up. No other convenience store has ever done this in my personal experience.

It's just a short distance away, and you'll pass by a convenient gas station. This gas station provides its customers with low-cost gas at all times. This explains why they have so many clients.

Typical Chevron branded gas station you sometimes Generous with the restroom, and so they have earned my business And it is easy to access and exit from tends to not be overly busy like other gas stations

Place is just garbage. I live by here so unfortunately I get to tell you that the "Extra Mile" Cheveron gas station. First over all bad service with Mike, now Suzy? This was Monday around 7:30pm I Walked in and noticed this girls always on her phone but whatever, they have a deal but 5 coffees get 1 FREE. I went to get my FREE coffee Suzy told me "NO" after I've should her the app with the free additional coffee, when every other rep there know the "How too" & how it works. She seems complaining clueless, DID NOT HONOR the free one and just pissed me off. She already poured the coffee and get this. After she didn't honor it. I watched her just toss the coffee and throw it away. Man, these guys have zero standards. Get bottom of the barrel employee material. At least know how your deals work. You even have a app for the deals yet this rep ain't new, and happen to run into someone that uses this and she was just at NO. Garbage recruiting anything that has a heart beat over here. The lights are on Suzy, but no ones living in there..

Terrible experience with employee Shawnie. She was so disrespectful to me. I wanted to use my vons rewards and then I ask her to use my second telephone number. She asked me if is that my telephone number? I told her Yes and then she persistenly said is not a stolen telephone number? She was so rude. I told her why do you assume that this is not my telephone number. People nowadays can own one, two or more telephone numbers. She did not apologize and instead said that everyone steals. I responded her that if she used to steal, it does not mean that everyone steals. I never have steal a thing. UNBELIEVABLE....This is profiling, discrimination or I don't know but for sure this hirer should be fired for this
