“Wow! Its been so incredible, we transferred to Victory Outreach Ventura June of 2024 and it was definitely a God move for us. My son struggled in the past but he’s been embraced here so genuinely. He’s involved in Third Wave, Royal Rangers and he loves Friday night at Oxnard campus!!! Pastor Cisco and Sister Michelle are so genuine and love people? We already had family here with Couple graduates from our Victory Home. We are definitely family here at VO Ventura.”
