Horrible! They NEVER answer the phone. They cut people off in line right at closing time, even though they had been there waiting a while. If I didn't already have all my prescriptions here and they weren't so conveniently close to my house, I would go elsewhere. Thinking about it anyways for the mere fact alone that they NEVER answer the phone! No sarcasm here! Truly they don't. They ignore the phone! I have even called the front store, asked for the manager. After explaining everything, she was kind & apologetic. She asked me to hold so she could transfer me to the pharmacy. She was going to walk over there and make sure they answered the phone. THAT DIDN'T WORK EITHER! They promised her they would answer the phone so she walked away. I ended up on hold another 30 minutes before I hung up called back to speak to the manager again. That whole process took an hour and a half!
and this is very typical behavior. The manager was newer and seemed like she was genuine about the situation when she told me that she was going to change that issue. But nothing has changed! I'll be in the store shopping and I see her stocking and she's right by the pharmacy and you could hear one pharmacy call waiting you know you hear the I'll be in the store shopping and I see her stocking and she's right by the pharmacy and you could hear the phone. Multiple phone calls even. And since I can hear it, that means she can hear it. And it's quite obvious no one's answering the phone. That they are literally ignoring the phone calls. And she doesn't do anything about it even when it's right in front of her face. I've never ever experienced that before where you can't even call up your pharmacy because no one will answer the phone. I often have to go in there in person just to get their attention on something and that's ridiculous! So if you are not with CVS and you're thinking about transferring to CVS, I would highly advise that you do NOT do any such thing!

One girl very sweet and helpful,but next day different girl rude answered phone "Yes?" Then she didn't want to call Medicare to resolve Ins. Issue on the end. Just transferred from Kimball CVS. Might need to go back to Michael.

There's no communication with them selves, they wanted to recharge me for the photos when I had already paid for them, they had a really ugly attitude, not my fault they can't work efficiently and get there jobs done !

Worst costumer service! The pharmacist questioned my doctor’s medication and dosage. She wouldn’t release the medication until she had me call the doctor. Mind you this was on Saturday when the doctor’s offices are closed! I was able to reach the on call doctor and explained that the medication & dosage was correct. Finally! I thought it would go smoothly from there. Wrong! The pharmacist said it would take 20 minutes for her to prep the medication. She would call me through the intercom when it was ready. Well I waited for an hour. She never called me through the intercom. I probably would have waited longer if I didn’t get up to ask. Never again will I have my doctor send my prescriptions to this pharmacy. The Worst ever!!!

First my prescription was transferred to this location unaware. There were employees doing their own thing among themselves never to offer if I needed help or assistance and the whole Pharmacy goes to lunch at same time so had to wait till windows and gates open. One more thing to add this location was very dirty like the carpet had not been vacuumed in a long time was disappointed which I used to love CVS will be moving my prescription to another pharmacy

The hours are good, one of the few places in Ventura that stays open past 6 pm in case you need benadryl cream for a rash, vodka at a decent price, shampoo, or a snack or two. This store has its own parking lot with entrances off Seaward and Jordan Avenue. The store really pushes the self-serve checkout unless you are buying alcohol because a live person must then check id.

Worst pharmacy ever. They confuse my insurance. Make me pay out of pocket for things with insurance many, many months. Rude. My drivers license expired, and they argued with me on medications, and wouldn't give them. The supervisor is very rude. Unless you have a camera on her. I am calling corporate if this continues. They also lie and say medications are not in stock. If you say you are loyal customer to CVS, she quirked "yeah looks like you've been around alot of places", not understanding 20 years with CVS, you go to different locations when you move. Just dumb honestly. No real awareness of how rude she really is and could care less about customers. Why doesn't CVS get actual people here who have training and can give the proper service?

The pharmacy is horrible. The customer service sucks. They refused to help me out to find another CVS that had my medication in stock. They told me to call around . The girl was very rude. I can barely breathe and she had no compassion for the unwell people who come in for this life threatening medication.

I bought a product for $16 item and I used my extra care card on my card and overall savings. I only spent $5 in the end because I use the savings coupons on the card so I saved $11 on the Coupon all in one visit. So happy it was so exciting to save
