This place has the worst customer service if I didnt live close to this CVS then I would never come back. Last time I went in I needed something out of the case and the worker I asked never came to help so I had to go and find someone else even after I pushed the button and waited. The managers rude and very loud. I don’t expect these ppl to like there jobs considering they're working at cvs but come on man nobody likes there job doesnt mean you have to be rude and ignore people…

I talked to the guy he said about twenty minutes... 20 minutes later he says he'll expedite it and it'll be another 30 minutes WTH you picked your job if you don't like working Friday evenings do like I did and change careers. My first time at this cvs because my usual cvs was getting slow and pretty bad I drove 20 minutes to this location. You're just as bad.
I'll find a whole different pharmacy.

Best pharmacy. Of all CVS i've been to this was by far the best and fastest for my mothers cancer medication. Very quick and responsive and have more in stock than most pharmacies

I spent my entire day in the ER due to heavily bleeding while urinating with intense pain. I was discharged well after 5pm with a perscription for antibiotics to be started immediately for a severe bladder infection. By the time I walked into this CVS and up to the pharmacy counter it was 6:02pm. I was told I would not be helped and it was suggested to try to transfer my perscription. No other pharmacies were open either so this was not helpful. I did not have my perscription# either, which they did take the time to look up for me instead of simply handing over the medication I was there for. I explained my situation and was again told I would not be provided the medication I need to prevent my severe infection from spreading to my other organs. I'll just have to wait until they open the next day at 10:00am and continue to suffer until then, possibly irreparably and cauing more damage in the meanwhile. If I was simply handed my perscription I would be actively healing right now instead of feeling like the staff of this CVS pharmacy has no regard for my well-being or if their inaction may cause more pain for someone who is already in a lot of pain. I suggest you don't use this pharmacy or date anyone who works here. Red flags fly high with these guys who clearly could not care less about the medical needs of others. If this behavior is any reflection of CVS ethics in general, I suggest you permanently change your pharmacy... I know I will be doing so as soon as I get my medication tomorrow, if I don't die first.

We've had the worst experiences at this CVS Pharmacy. Once they didn't mix my daughter's medicine, and I had to return to the pharmacy for them to properly mix the medicine (it was supposed to be a liquid, and it was a bottle of powder). Today, I needed a prescription filled because my son was sick. I went to straight to the pharmacy counter after the doctor's appointment because in the past they've waited until I was there to fill a prescription. I was told it would be 10-15 minutes because they were "working on it." I waited 10-15 minutes and went back to the counter. It turned out they did *not* have the prescription after all, so it doesn't seem like they were working on it. I was moved out of line to talk to the pharmacist, and he called another CVS to confirm it had the medicine I needed, and I had to go to another CVS. Also, this pharmacy does not have a changing station in the bathroom, which is incredibly frustrating.

There are so many negative reviews of CVS generally, I wanted to add our experience, which was very positive. We moved recently from San Clemente to Ventura. We chose this branch of CVS to transfer our prescriptions. The transfer (from SavOn pharmacy), went perfectly. We were notified that our prescriptions were in. When we arrived, the pharmacy manager, Mike Neasham, spent a fair amount of time with us cleaning up old information in the CVS system and making sure all our contact info and preferences were up to date. he could not have been more helpful or generous with his time. We are impressed and have happily made this CVS pharmacy our own.

Worst CVS. Short lady at the front cashier is rude with everyone. She gave me an attitude over not having a CVS phone number and simply asking to pickup my photos. Like literally quit your job if your that miserable at it.

Love this CVS !!, everyone is very professional and courteous. Mike is an excellent Pharmacist and always helps when needed. He often checks out the waiting line and immediately calls another technician to help expedite everyone with their pick-ups.

This store is so hot inside. When the air does work, the front entrance door does not work properly, so they have to prop it open and then that let's all the outside hear inside. This has been going on for years, why can't they just actually fix this for real!! I feel sorry for the employees.
