“These reviews are spot on. I called while I was in town with a failing iPhone battery. Within the hour I was on the road again. Fast, friendly and a great asset to Ventura County.”

“The customer service I received after a mistake by an employee has boosted my review from 1 star to 5. A new employee scratched my watch pretty badly trying to open the case. However, the owner personally called me to apologize, has re-trained the employee and has covered the expense of the repair. Mistakes happen and I’ve heard nothing but good things about this location from my parents (which is why I came initially). Thank you for standing behind your services!”

“Thank you Express Business Machines - they fixed by HP Laserjet Pro MFP227dw in just one day!! This is not a new printer but a solid unit so I was super happy they were able to fix the paper feed problem. They also gave it a once over and found a couple of other items which needed addressing without an increase to the estimate for repair. Plus, cleaned the entire unit - it looks brand new!! Awesome service!! Thank you”

“The gentleman, Rob. Was very respectful and helpful he Installed our new camera system and new TV. I feel so much safer knowing I have eyes on my property at all times. He also showed us how to use everything along with letting me know I can contact him in the future if I have any issues. Very hospitable and reasonably priced. 10/10 recommend!”
