“I accidentally cracked my laptop screen and Josue fixed it for me. His pricing was very competitive and his service was excellent. After he replaced my screen, I had issues with the facial recognition, even though the camera appeared to be working, and he went above and beyond helping me to repair this. He spent nearly an hour with me in his office, helping to make sure my software and drivers were up-to-date. He even offered to take apart the camera from my previous screen if I couldn't get it working and see if he could install the old camera that we know was working into my new screen. Fortunately, we did not have to end up going down that route but I appreciate his willingness to make sure that my device was functioning optimally. Overall, he is a good guy and happens to be a tech genius (IMO) with good people skills. His customer service felt very above and beyond what I would've gotten anywhere else. I will definitely be coming back to him with all of my tech issues in the future, though hopefully not anytime soon (no offense Josue!)”

“My HP wide-format (takes up to tabloid size paper) printer failed to position the printhead so I could replace cartridges. I brought it to Express Business Machines and Gregg quickly diagnosed it. Only problem was that HP no longer offered the part it needed. That didn't stop Gregg; he went online and located the needed part. However it was in China and wouldn't/couldn't be shipped to the U.S. I decided it was time to replace the printer. When I asked Gregg what I owed for his efforts, he said, "No charge." You can be sure that whenever I need printer repair in the future, I will be headed to EBM.”

I was helped by Frank who explained that it would take about 15 to 20 minutes to clean it out and it would be $45. I gave him the go ahead and went and waited in my car for 20 minutes. when I came back in, it was fixed. Good service at a fair price!”
