“The staff at Oskar's were very friendly! Answered all my questions. I came in looking for a new stereo with Carplay and Sirius for my Chrysler 200 convertible. I was heading out on a road trip soon so Jr assured me they could have it all installed in time. They were able to get it done quickly! The install was great! Everything works really well! I highly recommend going to Oskar's if you are looking for a new stereo, good price, nice staff and excellent installation! Planning to go in to update my RV TV and surround sound system. So happy to have this electronics store here in Ventura.”

“Had a really wonderful experience in store there was a bunch of technical difficulties on my end and they were able to sort it out seamlessly right before closing. I worked with Teylor and he was absolutely incredible. Like I said, worked super quickly and got everything figured out, would most definitely recommend the store if you’re in the area”

“I had originally went to esplanade location for help dealing with my phone. What should've been an easy fix ended up taking 2 days to resolve. And Evelyn from this location (Ventura mall) was the one to help me. She had great customer service and was very efficient. Went above and beyond! Felt lucky to have taken the chance to stop by here. Go in and ask for her. She should get a raise ?”
