Stacy is AMAZINGGGGGG!!!! She is super friendly, does a fantastic job & is ALWAYS on time. I'm so glad I found her! They are not a walk in salon, so make sure to book your appointment ahead of time.

I am a longtime customer of Elements Nail Spa. I have been coming here for over 15 years! It breaks my heart to see the negative reviews on Yelp so I wanted to do my part to support my favorite local place for manis, pedis, acrylics, gels, you name it. The owner, Julie, and her staff, Stacy and Ana, always treated me and my family/friends with respect. I've come in numerous times with my mom, other family members, girlfriends, etc. There are always polite and accommodating. As to the cleanliness, I have never ever had a problem. They always sanitize and use clean tools, I've personally seen them pull out fresh tool kits and take used tool kits to the special cleaning machine in the back. If you've had a bad experience here, I urge you to give them a second try. They are very friendly, their prices are very reasonable, and I've never had bad service. Walk-ins aren't allowed right now so be sure you call and make an appointment, you won't be disappointed.

Walked in for a mani/pedi.... Door says walk ins are welcome. Immediately got a dirty look and I asked if they had time for a mani/pedi and she gave me (with attitude) the response of. “Like late later ..... around 5! We are busy!†I don't usually write reviews but it was very unwelcoming and rude. Door said walk ins welcome so I would assume walk ins were welcome .... Not coming here again. Maybe if they're too busy for walk ins they should not advertise that they take them.
