In a difficult market, I couldn't believe how quickly Coastlands Group and Eric Baucom was able to sell my cousin's home. She is elderly and disabled, and lives 1 1/2 hours away, but Eric went out of his way to make sure she had a great experience and all the help she needed to sell her house. Thanks Eric!
