I had one of the most incredibly smooth and pleasent experiences today with a young man named Anthony. From the very beginning he greeted me and offered assistance. His personality was top tier to say the least. His ability to communicate and walk me thru the process was amazing. He took the time to greet every single customer he passed up on our way to show me the unit. That really stood out to me on his ability to make people feel seen. He explained everything in detail and answered questions I had even when I repeated the same question lol..he was very patient and for all these reasons I am giving him this awesome review. Simply because he deserves it! I've had other experiences where the customer service wasn't so great and this one truly stood out to me! Keep it up Anthony!! Your hard work is noticed and appreciated!

So far we love this storage location! We have been using their services for about 5 years now and have not had any problems. Anthony Migdol has been great in helping us get situated with a new unit and gone the extra mile to make sure we were/are happy with the process.

Eric and Anthony have been awesome, especially with issues on my monthly rental and closing my current unit on Laurel , Downtown Ventura was soooo easy! I’ve rented from Extraspace for years, even on Maui. These guys have a servant’s heart!! I will be back!!
