800 number is useless. Can’t get past the menu, which actually hung up on me rather than connect with a live agent. This is exactly why i never deal with fedex if I have a choice. Ups is a lot better in any number of ways.

Employee Michael Vasquez was riding his e-bike illegally on the sidewalk when he accosted me a 65 year old man and cussed and yelled because I was walking on the sidewalk he wasn’t supposed to be riding his e-bike on.
