Terrible delivery and customer service. FedEx abuse automated phone answering to prolong customer service on the phone. It takes forever to get a human on the phone. They use chatbots on their website to give watered down answers when I need help tracking a package. I can’t stand Fed ex

No bueno. Really shopped my job around and the cost was shockingly above competitors. I did continually ask, am I communicating this properly, are you sure you understand? Communication and pricing were really off!

Pretty bad experience. The employee we were dealing with was super rude and not educated in what we were trying to ship. Pretty much wasted 30 min of the day and are now heading to another shipping provider.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
My package is late. Has not arrived yet. I was told by the company I purchased from and even got a confirmation text from fedex that it was to be expected on that stated date.
My problem is not the lateness of the package, it is the customer service following. After waiting all day with no update, I check the status and it still says “delivering on time” welp, that’s just entirely not true. After calling fedex to ask why they are not being accountable for the delay they told me that because it is still within the handful of days they originally stated that it’s still “on time”. Insane business practice. Not to mention I called to leave a review and the woman on the phone hung up on me when I was waiting to be transferred to the survey. Never ever using FedEx again. Wow.

Called prior and emailed. Arrived the next day and Assistant Manager Daniel was rude from the start. Fighting with an older lady he couldn't be nice to her either. Hope this guy gets a lesson one day in customer service before he becomes a manager.. awful experience. They didn't have my order printed either.
