We needed to buy a 100 gallon water heater and Kevin helped us out really well. Kevin stayed on the phone with us until we decided on exactly what we wanted to buy and he helped us find a plumber to do the install as well.

This company sucks.I ordered part from main office over the phone .when I went to pick it up. it was the wrong pipe. Trying to get credit back on my card was the worst experience. The guy at the counter says he can't refund the credit .Only the manager.And he wont be back till next week.for me to call main office to get credit back.i called main office they said they can't find supervisor to refund my credit .between the main office and the local branch .they were both unhelpfull.At the end I just called my bank and put a claim on Ferguson. Had my refund in 5min. Home depot has the parts to order and way better service. Stay away from Ferguson. Fergotsom professional employees .?

I went in for some foam pipe insulation to use as padding for dingy mounts on my boat. They were great! The helped me get the best stuff for this application. I’ll go back for sure!

The employees are the rudest people I have ever encountered. I will not be returning or supporting this business. I visited the store to purchase a pipe for my water heater. An employee walked by while I was looking at the selection and since I was not confident which pipe to buy, I asked him, "are you able to help me with a quick question?". He responded very cold and rude with a simple, "no I am too busy". And kept walking away without eye contact. I asked "is there anyone else available?" and he said "go stand in line". I was blown away!! Other customers heard this as well and rolled their eyes while telling me this was typical behavior here. Two weeks later, my wife went to the store to return an item for me. She waited for over 20 minutes to be helped because the employees were too busy chatting with each other and with their "friends" that were customers. When it was her turn (there was only one person in front of her in line), the young cashier looked at her in line, grabbed his personal cell phone, played on it and then walked outside. She waited another 8 minutes and when he came back inside, he assisted her with the return. He was short, rude and when she couldn't hear him and asked him to repeat the question, he became passive aggressive and yelled the question while rolling his eyes and cracking his neck (because he was soooo stressed out to have to repeat "cash or card"). Overall, this store is a waste of time and to say the least, poorly managed. The employees are entitled and lazy. The store is dirty and NO ONE wears a mask. When you ask for help, you WILL NOT get help. I would love to support local stores, but I will be taking my business to the big dogs from now on. Home Depot and Amazon would never treat me (or my wife) this poorly. Stay away from this dump!!

This place is awesome. Best service personnel hands down. I had an issue with our plumbing services and hookup and needed an adapter. Of course it was xmas eve and I was limited on places to go. Fergusons was closing early that day but stayed open for me, got me the piece I need with some great suggestions and they walked me through how to use this adapter. They were patient, kind and just down right how customer service should be. They exceeded all my expectations and have definitely gained a new customer. Thanks again.

This is a great plumbing supply warehouse in Ventura, California. As a homeowner I don't know alot about what I needed or how to find it, and Dan, the cashier was so kind, walked me through what they had available and even where I could go to shop for items they didn't carry on hand. Really, doesn't get better than good old fashioned service with a smile.

Great plumbing supplier with large stock and friendly knowledge staff. Everyone is welcome with all forms of payment accepted. If they don't stock it they can get it ordered and overnight on their fleet of trucks. So if for a simple repair to a major remodel they will have you taken care of. So don't be shy homeowners or builders come on in and see the store and staff.
