The manager is super rude, unfriendly, and intimidating when she approaches people. I go in and the minute I see her I catch her vibe and walk right out. This used to be one of my favorite go to's at the Ventura Mall but not anymore.

Please update your store hours to accurately reflect the time you are open. I went on a Saturday night at 8PM thinking it was open until 9PM per store hours online. Employee said they close at 8PM.

Veterans discount hoax. Sign says they offer a veterans discount "with ID". But VA ID is not good enough. They collect email, phone, DOB, and full name, then claim "can't verify veteran status" so no discount. Standby to be marked as spam if I get any newsletters, and for small claims if any identity theft. Still two stars because the price was good and the employees were nice.

I came to the mall the other week and stopped into this Foot Locker. Store was very mellow/empty. Staff was polite and greeted me asked if I needed any help. Store overall was nicely stocked, looked clean and organized. I was happy to find Adidas workout pants for 50%. I seen they had some Nike ones for 50% also. The staff said it’s a regular thing for them to rotate them for that nice discount. Definitely look forward to coming to purchase more items from here. I recommend you checking them out if you need shoes or workout/athletic gear. Might be one of the few nice stores left at the Pacific View Mall.

Called in earlier and spoke to Connie about a specific shoe and size. She happily helped us out and let us know they had multiple sizes we asked about. We let her know we would be in shortly. We came in just now, she happened to remember us when we asked for the shoe and what great attitude and customer service. Bubbly and very interactive with us. Thanks Connie...

Little to expensive for me. I found the same pair of Nike high tops at the Navy Exchange for $25 less. I had no issues returning the ones I purchased at footlocker though. I was in a d out in no time.

I have always been a big fan of footlocker!!! I have shopping at this location for over 6 years. I love coming here Jesse is the best manager I have seen run this store! The best management team combo which is no longer the current management team was Jesse, Selene and Veronica. Every time I came in here these 3 were always on their A game! This group of people just made my experiences so welcoming and friendly. They all treated me as an actual human being rather then dollar signs for the store. I will not lie I am sadden to know this isn't the management team duo anymore, the company should consider them working together again because they ROCK. I am sadden that Jesse has been moved to a new footlocker location He will be missed just how I miss the service of the two young ladies. What sucks is the new manager for this store now (Flor) is not professional at all. Your customers shouldn't be able to hear your personal life. When she can kids footlocker down stairs I would be able to hear her discuss how she was having unprofessional relationships with her employees. I am sorry footlocker but she needs to go you can tell she doesn't care for her employees or her customers she isn't passionate about her job like Jesse Selene or Veronica. SHE NEEDS TO GO GIVE US BACK THE MANAGMENT TEAM THAT IS ACTUALLY HERE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS PLEASE
