For the most part, the staff is always friendly and helpful. They always seem to have it well-stocked, clean, and responsibly priced. You can almost always find really good deals.

Staff are really nice here !The store itself not much to go through was disappointed coming here ? the Goodwill on pettie and telephone is way better ! More clothes ! Better finds there !

I arrived to donate stuff at 7:28pm and the man at the donation center told me that they were closing early at 7:30pm (they're supposed to close at 8pm). He said his manager wants him to close early. I told him I had two minutes until 7:30 so I unloaded my car. The whole time he complained that I "really have a whole car load of stuff" and he "has other things he wants to do". He told me no furniture when there were pieces of furniture behind him. So rude and unprofessional.

I shop at this store quite often, so went in to see if they could give me some empty boxes because I needed to donate to them. They said NO! Nope, we can't give boxes away. THEY GET BOXES FOR FREE! and I was going to return them completely filled. These people are greedy idiots and I won't shop there again.

Very slim pickings in this Goodwill. Not sure why when the Bins has tons of things to distribute out to the stores. Nevertheless they have some good choices. Pricing is jumping up on things. T-shirts are almost $5 which is not in range with thrift stores across the county. Overall ok. Employees are kind and helpful.

Most of the clothes look like actual hand me downs ( which are, hello it's a Goodwill kind of the purpose of the store BUT) that were used over and over again and again throughout the years. I did not see any new items I'd like to purchase. No restroom, they refer you to Vons where they won't let you use the restrooms either.

Camarillo goodwill is clean and stocked - employee taking donations at least night I went by, less than enthusiastic or helpful when I was going to drop off some pretty cool stuff. Instead I took it back to Ventura. Maybe he was having a bad night but he made me feel stupid.

Please make sure you clarify donation drop off please! I called 2 days in advance to donate some really good sofas and was advised to bring the so on Sunday when I borrowed, gas up the truck went to your goodwill store and when I arrived and asked the 2 gentleman that were receiving donations that I was there to donate the sofas turned me away because they had no space when though they said to come when I called. Waste of time!
