The people here are so kind and there is always a great selection. Monday's is 25% off for seniors and a very fun day for me.

I would give NEGATIVE STARS if I could. The manager (Aleesa) is very confrontational, uncivil, and racist. I have been told I am no longer allowed in the store literally because I spoke back to her when she was putting the things in my cart away after I turned my back for less than a minute. She claims it is HER STORE. This is a very long story short but ... I will be filing a complaint with corporate. She got about 2 inches from my face and was rude as all get out --- that is NOT how a manager is to behave, I don't care if it is Goodwill.

I was with my little one and wasn’t really looking for anything particular. Found a chair I needed to go with my desk. I was struggling with the chair and pushing the stroller at the same time. Both the strollers wheels and the chairs didn’t work properly so I couldn’t roll with them swiftly. I asked the front if I could get help. Person said they don’t do that. I wasn’t going to argue. I was parked closer to the Grocery Outlet. So I put the chair over my shoulder while pushing my kid. A kind customer offered to open the door while a kept pushing. I notice this customer had her foot in a cast. Bless that customer for helping because I was going to be struggling. Even if it is company policy not to help lift the furniture. It would of been nice to make an exception because it wasn’t a heavy item which could do harm to someone’s back. If that is what they are worried about.

Nothing good to report about this Goodwill. Overpriced and disorganized housewares, overpriced accessories, overpriced clothing. There are better deals for new, brand name apparel at TJMaxx and even Macys.

This place is amazing. You can find anything here. What's good to me is that they don't put out a bunch of broken items. There's a great selection of all types of clothing and the employees are always pleasant & helpful.

The people inside are friendly and helpful. The guys that work in back that receive the donations are very rude and not helpful!! They see you have one arm and are struggling and the let you walk up the ramp carrying heavy things then say I don't want those!!

I'm all about making a profit. But whoever is doing the pricing here has lost their mind. A while ago I asked the sweet boy at the register if a vintage vase was priced wrong and some hag monster came running out of the back screaming at him that that was the price she found online. Okay, Goodwill hag monster. The price found online is curated by people who buy these pieces and resell them. Goodwill runs on donations. FREE merchandise that goes out to the consumer for an outrageous price. I went today and found a medium sized pot with a fake flower arrangement stuck in it for $24.99! . (Sorry, I covered up the price to see if my friend could guess anywhere near the price, she couldn't)And two old 49er buckets from Lowes for 17.99 EACH!!!!! For a bucket!!! That holds dirt!! Each!!!!!This isn't Etsy! This is a run by donation store where the consumer does most of the work. Please get your pricing together, Goodwill. This isn't West Elm. This is stuff out of grandma's garage.

I will NEVER bring anything for donation here again. While I was dropping off close to $200 worth of nice clothing, couch cover and pillows, I noticed that someone had left a black bag of hangers on the ground. I grabbed about 10 plastic hangers, and the old skinny hispanic guy that works out back yelled, "put that back! that's stealing!" I could NOT believe this guy said this to me -- it was clearly a pile that was NOT in the store. After I threw the hangers back in the pile along with a few choice words his way, he then called me a thief. So, guess what? I took my donated items, said "hey look, I'm stealing back my stuff" and drove off. What a tool! I should have known better. Each time I've come here, this same nasty old skinny guy never helps carrying stuff up the ramp and always yells at people to take their stuff out of boxes and bags and put it in the donation bins. Hello? That's THEIR job to put it in the bins. This is despite their note above: "Donation Center Attendants are once again happily available to help unload your car! Just let them know if you'd like assistance. Thank you for your patience while we observed COVID safety distance protocols. We appreciate all our customers and donors! Thank you!" I stopped by today to donate 2 large bags of nice clothes. When I walked the first bag up the employee was standing doing nothing. I started to put my bag in one of the bins when he asked if everything in the bag was shoes. I said no that it was a mix of clothes, shoes and purses. He said I need to to open the bag and separate them myself. I told him I was on my way to an appointment and didn’t have time, if he could please do it. He said if you don’t separate then we don’t want your donation. What is wrong with people. Why do I have to do his job for him. I haven’t gone to this Goodwill in quite a while because they are over priced, the store is always dirty and not a great selection. I decided to take my donations because it is about helping others. I guess they teach their employees to be rude and lazy. So sad. Will never shop or donate there again.

I love the inside of the store but donating here is always difficult and today was the last straw for me. There is a very large ramp that you have to walk up and when you have a lot of stuff it can be hard... they always make you open your bags and sort the items for them... isn't that their job? I have tolerated it because I'm young and able. But after having to step in and help a young lady who was on crutches bring her stuff up the ramp while the employee watched, I have had enough. When I asked if he would help he said he can't go into people cars and grab things.... Totally get that but if I'm willing to take it out of the car and put it at the bottom of the ramp you still can't help? Have some human decency!

I loved this goodwill for so long but the manager is definitely over pricing items. They were selling a loungefly bag for more than what it was worth and it was still being sold in original store. They're selling a dollhouse now for more than what it goes for online! Don't get me started on the 8 dollar mug I found. I put my items back i was so shocked how much they're pricing items now. I used to shop here every weekend. Also who ever is tagging clothes really isn't inspecting the clothes. For reference I used to do that and the amount of stains and tears I've seen on clothes is insanity.
