“Just had a great experience at Lowe's in Ventura. I'd bought a paint sprayer & supplies. Humberto and Ray in paint worked with extra diligence, making sure I had the right equipment and supplies. Ray took the time to help me understand how to prep & store the Graco sprayer. Humberto (Beto) helped us get the best value for our money.
As long as there are helpful people there like Humberto & Ray, I'll make the extra effort to use Lowe's as my go to paint & hardware store.”
“Reyna at Pro Source listened to what my needs were for my new meditation studio in Oxnard. I gave her some input regarding colors, use and size and she came back to me with the PERFECT carpet for the studio. The carpet selected is perfect for our use and soft enough to sit comfortably even without pillows during meditation. It is a perfect deep red that is exactly what I had in mind. I'm so happy every time I walk in our Experience Meditation studio doors! I'll be a return customer and refer people to Reyna as much as possible.”
“Appreciated Victors help today was the only one that offered to help us , not even his department but went out of his way to assist us , another employee walked by us like 4 times but just stood around doing nothing not sure why they add the help buttons if noone goes and helps anyways , but Victor needs to be recognized for actually working!”
“Big Rob in Garden helped me get a trash grabber that was not stocked on the shelf. He found the right box containing the item up above and was able to get it for me. Great service, better than the low Lowe’s”
“If you’re getting lumber, it’s a drive in section where you come in via the side with the little shack. You just drive in and grab your lumber in the back area by the train tracks. Someone with a clipboard that takes note and hands out the receipt when he thinks you’re done.
You might need to flag him down in the little shack if he’s not out or go see where he’s at if he’s with someone else. They are pretty attentive though, there might be more than one person too. The person counts the wood you took and hands you a receipt.
Then before you leave the parking lot, you park and pay at the counter with your receipt. Then you drive out and the guy in the other shack checks your receipt and recounts the wood you got with your receipt. Then arm lifts so your car can get out.”
