This place isn't..terrible but it's strange in a couple ways. Marcella took me and Ann to this strange store, something about something not being a phase but a life style. I don't know what's going on with all of these odd places I've been visiting, but why is there a shirt with a horrendous pink alien with four eyes for sale?? The people who worked there were dressed in an odd fashion, mostly in ALL black. Marcella seems to be trying to dress the same way..I just hope she doesn't buy that shirt with the pink alien on it.

Marcella took me and Andy here! She was in her "emo phase"? I overheard about it when she was talking to her mother, she seemed really concerned and Marcella said that "it wasn't a phase, it's a lifestyle" whatever that means, I'm glad she's trying something new out! Andy got a little scared of the shirts with this 4 eyed pink lady on them.. a little confusing but she seems nice!! Some of the people working there seemed a little rude however, still a nice place!

Such an amazing store, perfect location atop the escalators of the main entrance - adjacent to the food court. Every time I visit, the associates are engaging, friendly, and sincere. I appreciate their help and courtesy. On a recent visit (Sunday, 04/30) I enjoyed a great visit, due to the exemplary professional skills and knowledge of AMBER, a Hot Topic Associate Rock Star!! She located my online order promptly and proficiently processed my purchase. She answered all of my questions and made me feel appreciated and welcomed. Hot Topic remains one of my favorite brick and mortar establishments. In the midst of online shopping, Amber stands as a strong argument for genuine face to face interaction and shopping. The entire experience is much more satisfying and memorable. Feelings which are associated with such outings remain for years in the happiness of the mind's eye. Thank you "AMBER" for exceeding all of my expectations and for your passion for all things HOT TOPIC!! It's a rare occasion you find someone who was a genuine HT fan before they became part of the HT company family! I hope you receive the recognition and rewards you deserve for such stellar customer service. You represent HT in the best manner possible, and emulate their superior service philosophy. This Hot Topic is located in the Pacific View Mall and is very clean and has a great balcony view (it has been a while so I don't remember what we were able to see). We were just driving by and were glad that we stopped by because our teen daughter loves Hot Topic.

Dont order mutiple items online and if you do make sure they come from the same warehouse or youll find yourself picking them off induvidually on seperate days, and they dont care beacause "they dont make the rules"

I went here to buy two t-shirts and the lady at the register was super nice and mostly everyone I saw. I always just come in here and look and they have a lot of pretty cool stuff. Also the only reason I took off a star was because it was crowded and a bit small but I still managed to look at everything. Overall it was very organized and the clothes are always in good condition.

I have NO complaints about the store employees. Emily the cashier who helped me was extremely helpful. She went over the top and was extremely friendly and professional. My problem is with the stores quality of shirts. The Led Zeppelin shirt I bought looked great but I wasn’t able to try it on because there was somebody using the dressing room, and I had to go quickly. The next day at home I tried it on and it was such an unbelievably poor quality scratchy feeling material with thick plasticky feeling print, I realized I was gonna have to return it. For 28 bucks that should be a soft cotton shirt with smooth print not something that feels like a burlap sack. I feel like hot topic used to have better quality shirts years ago. But more often now I’m having better luck finding shirts online from somewhere else. If hot topic wants to maintain my many years of business they really need to start stocking quality material shirts at that price point

I was in the store to use my $10 reward I finally picked out what I wanted and I got to the register and she told me I can only use one at a time so stupid The cup I got was super cute but I was still upset that I couldn't use both rewards even though in my app it said I had a $10 reward not two separate five dollar rewards she said I can only use it on one purchase at a time five dollars at once d*** don't advertise it like that on the app then and the girl with the black hat had an attitude

first time back since I was 14 (36).. they actually still sell Cannibal Corpse shirts :) I doubt kids listen to them today, but it was cool to see. I loaded up on some fresh TOOL & Slayer shirts. good job guys. Gotta get some Type O Negative / Danzig shirts in there for the goths. is that still a thing ? goth kids?

So, I've been shopping at this Hot Topic since middle school (over 15 years) and I've never really had a problem until recently. The vibe at this store is now god awful, and staffed with rude employees. I'm not sure when this changed or whether management is slacking off but they need to check their employees. My cashier today sold me a defected Funko pop and I didn't notice until after I walked out of the store. I immediately felt odd because he asked whether anything was wrong with the Funko before completing the transaction and I've never been asked this when purchasing from them. I got this feeling that there must have been something wrong for him to ask and when I inspected the Funko pop in better lighting, I noticed that it was scratched. I returned and politely let him know that I noticed it was scratched and whether he had more that I can choose from. He just stood there and interrupted before I even finished my sentence to rudely tell me that there was only one left and just radiated negative energy. The cashier ID on my receipt is 170864. At this point, I'm unsure whether I would ever return to this location.

Screw this store. Bad customer service. Employees were rude. I received a gift and I wanted to exchange it because it wasn't the one I wanted. The gift had size tag but no price tag. Which I had no idea BECAUSE IT WAS ORIGINALLY A GIFT (I HAD ORIGINAL RECEIPT!) So basically Had an exchange and a guy employee with curly hair did not know what he was doing. He kept "going to grab a manager from the back" and returned with no "manager" a couple of times & still confused! Other girl finally comes out and is still giving me a hard time. I was trying to be calm and not say anything but customer service is the first thing y'all should be worried about ! Never going back !
