The preparation was done by a unqualified blatantly untrained person. I expressed my concerns...they were brushed off. Upon payment I was told it was more than I was quoted I asked for help from a manager and brushed off again. There were two employees that actually tried to help and deserve a raise as they shouldn't be expected to carry the team. I also did not recieve my original and my packet was almost empty when I recieved it...I'll take partial blame for that one for not checking but I've never had to. If I could give zeros or negative scores I would which is a shame as I have been a client for years.
