I like getting my hair done here but I'm not thrilled with the hidden charges. I wish the practice was not done with hidden costs. The hair dressers will say I'm going to do this to your hair which is code for I'm going to do this treatment & you'll be charged for it at checkout. I expect to pay one price & end up paying a whole lot more. Now I say, just cut & color, anything else I'm not paying for.

I went in last week for a haircut, it came out very choppy and was very rough on my hair. I would appreciate if the stylist told me ahead of time that she didn’t know how to do the cut I asked for.

Would give minus 0 if possible... worst time of my life spend in JCPenney. Was returning only one item Bought online. came extra from Santa Barbara to do return because they said it still be much easier than mail... it's took one and a half hour until I was able to give back item that I ordered.never again.worst customer service ever

I went to JC penneys in Pacific Mills mall. I bought gifts for my granddaughter,this Saturday. In woman's section by shoes and handbags when, I checked out the cashier, who's name was Hoda, was just so pleasant, and helpful. I wanted certain items, and she knew exactly, what I wanted. And where they were located. I wish all stores had employees like her. My granddaughter, was very happy with the items I bought at penneys. They had many nice things. I will definitely go back again.

To say my experience here was miserable would be an understatement. If I could give less stars I would. First the staff is extremely rude and pushy. I showed up for my appointment and was "greeted" by a women telling me well what do you want, pick two backgrounds. She was extremely impatient. And luck would have it she was also our photographer, her name was daisy and she was extremely rude to my children and got mad that they weren't understanding her direction. They are 2 and 5. When I tried to help she rolled her eyes at me and told me that's not what I want. Well sorry for helping maybe explain better. She was so slow and after every picture would sit and look at it, missing possible pictures as well taking up a lot of our session time. We're allotted 15 minutes. When it came to the family pictures they were just awful. Everyone looks so uncomfortable and unnatural. She had so much attitude it was unreal and an awful experience. She told us to wait or walk around for 15 minutes because she needed to edit the pictures. Not a big deal. I couldn't imagine the experience getting worse after that. But never count it out. We had a gentlemen named Wesley as our sales person. To say he is thorough is an understatement. This process was worse then buying a car! It was so slow and he felt the need to go into great detail about every picture. He is extremely condescending and I don't think he even realizes it. At one point I just tuned him out. Sorry but I know what my family looks like and can tell if I like a picture within seconds, I don't need you to go into great detail about every aspect of the picture. Especially since most of them were pretty similar. When it came to pricing it was even longer. They have a clipboard that he went over front and back. I'd already decided what I wanted and told him but he kept going. I so desperately wanted just to get away I got the digital album only. I'll print them and do a family canvas somewhere else. I'm so disappointed in this entire experience, it was horrible from start to finish. The entire thing took almost 2 hours which would have been fine if it wasn't for the simple fact that it was unnecessary. An hour tops is what this should have taken. The pictures were basically all the same and many of them were blurry. Out of 18 pictures we got 5 good ones.

My kids like to come here for clothes. WOW inflation is in the rise! Prices are going crazy! The crowd was a no show. Maybe the calm before the storm? Christmas is on the way. Prepare for madness!

I came in here, to but some shirts, you can wear your mask or not. They need to restock the store looked real messy I believe I did not see one employee on the floor and I had to keep searching around the store to pay for my items I finally found someone after 5 minutes it was really lame, I could of walked out and stole my items.

My wife had her hair, washed, trimmed and then blow dried. Nice job, but I was surprised at the price, it was more than expected. $$$$$

My little 14 year sister went to go get her hair cut today by Lily. All she wanted was long face framing bangs, she brought her an inspiration picture and explained exactly what she wanted. Not only did Lily tell my little sister that she "would look ugly" with what she asked for she completely disregarded what she wanted and did her own thing. She rushed the appointment, cut her bangs to the middle of her forehead and as my sister walked out crying Lily told her, "don't worry it will grow out in a few weeks." we paid for something we did not want, she did not listen to us at all, and we left very unsatisfied. Be careful of Lily she can very well f your hair up.
