Peaks Insurance agents are always available;. Agents and communication systems make it possible to answer your questions 24/7. Agents are happy to answer all your questions anytime. Roadside assistance is easily accessible. Your questions are researched and answered quickly and thoroughly. Road assistance comes fast and very helpful.

I was very impressed with Chad Peakes. I approached him when my former insurance carrier refused to renew my home insurance due to fire risk. He visited my property and made a first hand assessment following which he was able to obtain a quote. Although he wasn’t successful in winning my business in the first round, he stayed on it and now his firm has all of my property auto and liability insurance.

Several years ago I found Peakes Insurance Agency, and I must say that I am very happy that I did! I carefully research such decisions, and choosing this agency was definitely the right decision to make. The staff there are very dedicated to their careers, and they politely take their time to answer your questions. They are obviously very knowledgeable about finding the best vehicle insurance to suit your needs. If any problems arise, you can feel confident that they will help you resolve it. The friendly professional nature of the staff in their office makes me feel that I am not just another client but also a human being that may need help sometimes without trying to financially gouge me every time, and I very much APPRECIATE this aspect.I could sit here typing this review going on and on about how nice they are. I am definitely left with a strong satisfied assurance about getting coverage through the John Peakes Insurance Agency. During the times we live in, it has been refreshing to me to meet such nice people willing to help. I want to stay on as one of their insured, and I am confident that for any of my insurance needs changing in the future that they will help me with this also. For anyone looking for an insurance agency to help with insurance matters, I would certainly recommend trying the John Peakes Insurance Agency.

John, Quiana, and the rest of the staff helped me to insure a house that many insurance companies wouldn't want to deal with. They worked creatively to find a good policy, and checked in regularly to make sure that all my insurance needs were being met. I appreciated their hard work, their responsiveness, and I would strongly recommend them.

I have been with Peakes Insurance since June of 2014..they are the best. I have shopped for insurance myself since then, and they always come in lower. Not only that, but especially at this time, it is so important to support local, family owned businesses....so not only do I get the best rate for me, but I can go to sleep at night knowing I am supporting local businesses.My very first interaction with John, the owner, was when I purchased a car at Carmax back in 2014...they needed my insurance immediately, and John had to drive down on a Sunday in order for me to be able to drive my new/used car off the lot (I think he had to look at the car...I don't remember exactly why he had to come down, but he did!) Needless to say, I have never forgotten that and it is one of the reasons I will stick with John E Peakes Insurance. Quiana has been my agent through the years, and she is amazing. So professional, and responsive. Who doesn't want that. Thank you everyone at Peakes Insurance!

I’ve worked with Peakes for around 15 years now. They’re extremely helpful and go above and beyond to inform you of your options and do whatever they can to get you the best quote possible. They’re prompt in responding to questions (if it’s not done immediately), friendly, and professional. When I’ve had claims they’ve done everything needed to make sure that we were taken care of.
