I went into the store to look at a pair of shoes for my daughter. The lady originally was very nice and helpful. We found a stain on the shoes so asked to purchase a different box in the same size. She unfortunately didn’t have the size that we needed when we told her we wouldn’t buy the shoes with the stain. She was very rude and did not speak to us even though we thanked her twice for her help, she ignored us .. no customer service!

I just wanted to stop over here real fast and give my review about my recent visit to this store. I went there last Tuesday for back to school shopping with my two children, and as soon as I walked in Cesar the sweetest kid welcomed us and made sure we felt welcome in the store. He then helped us through the process of trying out different sizes and made sure we got the help we needed. This made my shopping experience very pleasant and I will definitely recommend this store to family and friends.

I walked in and immediately walked out. The worker was sitting on the counter on her phone. While guest were coming in she ignored them. Not sure if she’s the manager, but O’man they need some customer service skills.

Paid $90 For a pair of DVS, had to order online through this store, the shoes are practically still brand new, wore less than a dozen times, no wear marks, and the stitching on the shoes is completely coming undone. Store will not do anything to help. Just gave us the customer service number and that was it. Apparently they are selling garbage now and do not back the product they are selling.

I've always loved being inside journeys, many shoes available with a pretty decent verity. However I came to exchange a pair of boots and they didn't have my size, ok cool we were going to ship them out to my house but then we ended up getting a refund. This girl who seems like a new employee asks this other women for help, the other women comes up and says "I'm over this shit" loud and clear. My mother doesn't understand English but she knew we didn't do anything to have this girl mad the entire time it was a bad experience they didn't want to do a return since we didn't have the receipt even tho we stated we had the original payment she then made it seem like such a hassle just to do an exchange to then do a refund i was so over the attitude.

I went into this shop the other day and was greeted right away nicely. Shop was full of shoes and other accessories. Place was clean and up to date with all the shoes that are trendy right now. My only complaint is how journeys has always sold their shoes for pretty expensive prices, I feel sometimes even higher then the MSRP. Other then that great store, nice girl was working. Definitely stop in and check for the shoes you’re searching for in person.

Showed up today to make a return at noon. And they were closed. Employee was waiting outside for her noon shift. Upon seeing me she called the manager. Apparently she overslept and wouldn't be there until 1230 or so. Store was supposed to open at 10am! Corporate should be aware of this.

Journeys is such a fun environment to be in! I'm always greeted by kind employees. Today I was helped by Tabitha! She helped me pick the perfect size when I was indecisive. She even showed me which socks would be best with the shoes I was purchasing! Then another employee I think, Amanda helped me with a doc care kit to keep my shoes nice and clean. I've been going here for years because of all the kind employees I definitely recommend!

i had amazing customer services by a young lady named kendall. super sweet and happily brought all of the shoes that i needed. even gave me the best advice about what cleaners i needed to keep my shoes strong. the only place that i would buy shoes from simply because of their amazing attitudes and service.

I had much shoe drama. The two ladies who helped me were so helpful and patient. I should have caught their names. You guess were the best. It's a fun and professional atmosphere.
