The staff there often asks me if I need help finding anything. But I have the app on my phone to locate things to get me in and out quicker. Cell phone reception is good at the front but towards the back of the store is very inconsistent, so you'll have to move to the front of the store to get a clear reception.

I don't like the box stores, at all. But the Pro Desk staff is really helpful, they know things, and will help you source whatever they can get. They just can't get everything. I think it's the best help you'll get in the store

Even though the wait was long, I gotta hand it to those guys. Got windshield wipers because of all the rain that we've had. Plus more was coming. I wasn't sure how to put them on. So the gentleman who checked my items out for me, offered to put them on.They're VERY cool.
