I had to visit this location for some electrical items and just like other Lowe's. The service here is horrible. You have to wait forever and when a service person gets here, they don't know what they're talking about. The selection is really low. They never seem to have anything for electrical that you need. As for value, who knows you can never get help to figure it out here. Lowe's has become the worst home improvement center around. I would definitely go elsewhere as you will never get service and they won't have half the things you need.

Got an air compressor here in May. A couple of months later, the compressor had problems starting. Called lowes to see what to do, and we were told to bring it in. Upon arrival, the person in charge of customer service told us that they couldn't help us without authorization from dewalt, even though we were told to bring it to them when we called the store. They then offered to send the compressor off for repair. We then said yes and left it with them. It has been almost 2 months and it has not left lowes or even been looked at. They won't offer any info on when or even if it will even get looked at. We will be picking up this weekend since it doesn't seem like they are even willing to offer any way to resolve this problem.

The WORST customer service I've ever had. I bought a Dewalt Air Compressor less than a year ago and it has been having starting issues intermittently since I bought it. It is less than a year old and still under factory warranty. It has been SITTING at Lowe's for 2 months. I cannot get a call-back, and I get passed around, put on hold and transferred to different departments. I hear this is pretty normal for Ventura Lowe's. I still have no answers and supposedly the managers have been given a message multiple times to call me back. I will NEVER buy from Lowe's again. I probably won't buy from Dewalt again due to this incident. I tried calling them as well. HOME DEPOT, SNAP ON and MILWAUKEE ALL DAY. Terrible customer service. I guess I'll go pick it up and fix it myself. Imbeciles.

It was pretty good ?? Easy finds staff to help. I didn't care for the obstacles in aisles or the cost to make a key? other than that, just dandy??

They get one star because there is no negative rating. Three years and we still have an incomplete kitchen, ensuite bathroom and hall linen closet. Entire homes have been built in less time. Kraftmaid Cabinetry has been purchased by a company that has no quality control. Over and over and over again they have shipped damaged cabinets. Lowe's does absolutely nothing to resolve the issues but order more cabinets to be taken to the dump. We have contacted Lowe's at the store level all the way to the board of directors. NOTHING, has been resolved in three years. No wonder Home Depot out performs Lowe's in the stock market year after year. Lowe's: No customer service, no quality control, no resolution of problems in a timely fashion. Do yourself a favor, don't special order anything from Lowe's.

Employees were helpful but store was not well stocked and had to get other things that I would not have gotten if they were better stocked

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service with major attitude. Mario the manager does nothing to accommodate customers after his employees were rude to the point of I’ll never shop at that location again.

I ordered an item and the independent delivery company Lowes uses repeatedly says they are on the way but doesn't show up. Almost two weeks later and there's still no delivery. Lowe's gave four different excuses about the repeated failure and all were false. Lowe's said they would return call with confirmation of delivery for the next day and didn't. Customer service is supposed to be open still but the recording says they are gone for the day. they get a zero out of 100 points.

I was excited to see more employees than customers! Until I realized they were socializing, with themselves, mainly complaints. Did they offer help? Nope. Did they help when when I asked? No, it wasn’t their section. Guess they were just congregating in pumping….

Would give 0 stars if I could. We ordered a stove online 9/22 with delivery scheduled to Palm Desert 10/3. Lowes canceled the delivery date, moved it to 11/3, then canceled that date and moved it to 11/7. Three days before delivery they called and said they cannot deliver to Palm Desert, I can pick it up myself - in Ventura!! I called Ventura Lowes and was put on hold for 15 minutes, no answer, called back again and was put on hold 6 minutes, no answer. Called back twice again to speak with the manager, no answer. When I finally got thru to an idiot in delivery I asked, why didn't you tell me this on Sept 22 instead of 2 months later???? His answer - we only know 3 days ahead. WHAT??? So I asked, can you coordinate this with the Palm Desert store? thinking I can reorder at the same price (bought on sale) Answer - No. We can't do that. This Lowes is a complete clown show. No one answers the phone. Obviously they couldn't care less if you get your order or not. They will not even try to make it right with another store after they've made multiple errors in delivery and the customer has waited 2 months with multiple delays. I hope this store goes out of business. Buy at Home Depot. Much better selection and much better customer service.
