Dealing with this store has always been the best customer service experience every time. More recently,I placed an order with Gavin at the Ventura store. I placed an order for Vinyl Plank Flooring initially we thought we needed more so I contacted Gavin at the Ventura store and ordered more. Come to find out it was the perfect amount! So I called Gavin back the next day and he stopped the order with no problems, questions or hesitations and got the refund going right away! He was so patient and accommodating and just so great to work with! Its why I keep coming back to this store instead of buying locally in my town of Santa Barbara. Besides the fact that they always give me the best deals! I have done 7 bedrooms 2 kitchens and a laundry room with Lumber Liqudators. I am huge on customer service! So I appreciate Gavin and all the associates at the Ventura store.They are all so helpful and friendly. I appreciate working with great people like them!!

I bought all my flooring here. I needed more flooring and Josh went out of his way and picked up material from another location over 45 min away. Josh Rivas made the process easy to find a matching product and was very communicative and helpful . Josh was also professional and really cared to help us through the process. I would definitely recommend LL to my friends and family!

Josh R. went above and beyond to help me find the right color stair nose for my flooring and the last one I needed to finish my stairs. He literally went through every stair nose box to find it. He was polite and way more than helpful that anyone could expect. I’ll definitely come back for my next flooring job.

Exceptional Service from Mr. Hogan at Lumber Liquidators Ventura!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Hogan, the manager at the Lumber Liquidators in Ventura, and I am compelled to share my overwhelmingly positive experience. From the moment I walked into the store, feeling somewhat overwhelmed by the vast selection of flooring options, Mr. Hogan's expertise and genuine helpfulness shone through.
Mr. Hogan expertly guided me through the various types of flooring, highlighting the pros and cons of each in relation to my budget and lifestyle. He offered valuable suggestions I hadn't even considered, ultimately leading me to the perfect material for my home. His keen eye for detail and understanding of design truly made the selection process enjoyable and stress-free.
Beyond his product knowledge, Mr. Hogan went above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible price. He was transparent, honest, and worked diligently to provide a quote that genuinely beat the competition in the area. I felt confident that I was getting exceptional value for a high-quality product, thanks to his commitment to customer satisfaction.

I went into the store after going to Lowe’s and to homedepot to get an estimate on about 40 square feet of flooring for a bathroom. When I told them the amount of square footage I needed they automatically told me that it wasn’t enough square feet and gave me zero other options. I went into the Ventura lumber liquidators location where i was greeted by Gavin. I told him my situation and he was nice, helpful, informative and overall just a good guy. He said that he could reach out to installers to see about the job but that he knew there would be a minimum price point to it. That information alone was more help than what I got at the other places. After talking to him for a while he asked me if I ever thought of doing it myself. I asked him how to do it, he gave me some simple steps but was honest that he was not an expert in the installation process but proceeded to take his time to go onto YouTube and lookup videos and show them to me. I spent ZERO dollars in the store that day, however Gavin treated me as if I was spending 1000s of dollars. Amazing customer service. Will be back!

We’ve purchased a lot of flooring from the Lumber Liquidators store in Ventura over the years and always return because of the excellent service. Most recently, Josh and Gavin went above and beyond to help us find bamboo flooring to match the rest of our home. Although the exact match couldn’t arrive in time for our project, their consistent communication, professionalism, and dedicated efforts truly stood out. They explored every possible option and kept us informed throughout the process. We highly recommend this store—and especially Josh and Gavin—for anyone in need of quality flooring and outstanding customer service.

We are considering redoing the floors in our home and went into the Ventura location to learn more about our options and get some inspiration. We were promptly and warmly greeted by Gavin. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. We will definitely be coming back when we decide to pull the trigger on our floors.
