Wow, Elder is the most kind and genuine man I have ever met. I watched him hustle and help about ten people throughout the store and register. The way he interacts with each and every person is so thoughtful and personable. He makes you feel like family. He handles your needs with a smile and never makes you feel rushed even though he is trying to clear the line of guests. My hat is off to Elder. My heart is full with just one interaction with Elder today in Michael's. Employee of the Year should go to Elder. Thank you Elder for making my entire day. You are truly the best! We are lucky to have amazing humans like you on this planet.

Store was deserted for employees. No help available. Yarn I went for was left almost completely empty. Found some great clearance items and the glass beads I was looking for. Super sweet gal at the check stand pushed me away from 3 stars on this visit.
