I like to support local businesses and we have been with Mitec for years, but the internet service is getting spottier and spottier. We frequently lose the internet—sometimes multiple times a day.
On the positive side, if you call and report an issue someone always calls you back, so I like the customer service, but the unreliable internet is really a problem.

The owners and tech guys here know what they're doing. It's a relatively small operation. But, they're trusted by everyone from a ton of locals to the X Games. It's fixed wireless more than reliable and strong enough for your needs, and with the best customer support around!!

Anthony was a great help. Even though he wasn't able to fix my printer's issue in person, he suggested a way to fix the problem on my own. He wanted to be sure I was able to use my printer even though he personally couldn't work on it. Thank you, Anthony, for your wonderful help and suggestion. I will definitely call Mitec for any future computer issues.

We have taken two computers to Mitec for help, they both needed it badly! They were able to correct any problems and did the work in a professional manner. We got phone calls from them with updates and they always told us exactly what they were doing for the systems. They were so helpful, our computers are running great now and we have been telling everyone to use Mitec Solutions if or when they should have any computer problems! Best strongest Internet with excellent personal service you don’t have to wait on hold for five hours or wait for two weeks to have a repair person, they come right away !! The wifi is great !!!

My iMac was running terribly slow. After reading all of the positive reviews I decided to give Mitec a try. They diagnosed the problem quickly as a slow/old hard drive and suggested installing an SSD. They upgraded the hard drive and installed updated virus ware. The computer now runs extremely fast, its better than new! I was especially impressed with their communication regarding the status of the repairs. I was always getting an update from the technician letting me know how things were progressing. Very pleased with the results and the customer service.

Mitec Solutions recently installed their Wi-Fi system on my boat and I couldn’t be happier. They did what they said they would do on time, with courtesy, professionalism and, best of all, the system works great. No data caps, no “throttling back” after a certain amount of usage, no nothing except a reliable internet access system that works perfectly – all for a very reasonable price. And, should there be a problem, I know that they will be there to help.
