“First Class outcome in my quest to get faster internet for a lower cost. My experience with third parties, for instance, with travel or lodging, has been uniformly atrocious. The agrievation isn't worth the supposed "savings." However, these Agents know Verizon as well as Verizon knows Verizon-better even because Alex knew how to add a $35/month service (internet) to my plan and spend $10/month less! BRAVO, Alex!
