This is not a new printer but a solid unit so I was super happy they were able to fix the paper feed problem. They also gave it a once over and found a couple of other items which needed addressing without an increase to the estimate for repair. Plus, cleaned the entire unit - it looks brand new!! “My go-to place for office stuff, I bought a printer with no fuss. Since I knew what I wanted, the sales person led me right to it and even carried it to the counter for me. Having it in stock solved my printing emergency. We made the mistake of buying HP printer ink online, which ended up being a clone, not HP, so our printer wouldn't accept it. This store had the ink we needed in stock, solving yet another printer problem. Their paper prices are good too.”
