True story... my mother casually mentions to me Friday night that she bought A new mattress. I asked her for the details and she said she went to ortho and worked with Andy and the sale was amazing. She could not pass up the deal on her new queen size mattress which will be delivered for free. she tells me That the sale will end on Monday. So the very next day, today being Saturday I visit ortho mattress on my lunch break. Andy greeted me before I even made eye contact with him. he explained everything to me thoroughly while encouraging me to put my feet up and rest. In less than 20 minutes I was walking out of the show room as a proud new owner of a king size ortho mattress and boxspring. Andy was so comforting and calm. He was not pushy at all yet very knowledgeable! I highly recommend paying them a visit. If Andy is not available please ask for Miss Susie her smile is inviting. Thank you Ortho crew for being so kind. ❤️❤️

Zack and I visited the store before and had a good experience so we returned with the intention of buying another mattress. We met Sue-Z Tatum, who was knowledgeable, personable, and never used any tactics to pressure us. Nonetheless, we purchased two mattresses after she understood our needs and the sale experience was awesome. Sue-Z was professional, honest, and delivered 100% customer service. We were very happy with our purchase. Also, delivery was great.

I came in and was greeted by the sales person (Suzy) right away. She showed me the mattresses that aligned with my request, I laid on all of them multiple times and ultimately decided. It was delivered as planned and we've slept happily ever after! We love the bed so much, we are contemplating a second one for our spare guest bedroom!

Upon entering the store I was greeted warmly. I explained what type of bed I was looking for. The manager was helpful and after trying a few beds out. I bought my new bed. It was delivered in 4 days, and set up to my height. Excellent service and I received a great deal. Thank you for your help.
