I was able to buy a Bolt EV 1LT for MSRP! That was great! No haggling, salesperson did not need to see the manager multiple times, no flat out lies, no other wired tactics, like we experienced at a different GM dealership. Tony, our salesperson was doing a great job. He was very friendly and competent. We were treated with respect throughout the process. We will definitely come back for our next EV purchase.

We had the best buying experience at Paradise. Loann was wonderful with finding us the perfect Vehicle and made the deal happen fast. She was so efficient with getting all of our necessary documents that when we arrived at the dealership all we had left to do was sign the paperwork.

I had my corvette serviced here for the first time. Everything was great. Especially Rose. She’s the one who helped me. She was kind, helpful, kept me posted on my car and timing. Rose was awesome and the experience was great.

Wanted to update on this one. Even though Paradise said to reach out I tried multiple pathways to get in touch with them to review this issue and was never contacted again by their team. They have my phone number, my parents phone number, and multiple email addresses but I haven't heard anything back from the actual dealership past their replies on my reviews. The cherry on top was they messed up my parents registration costing them $500 and forcing them to open a formal review with the DMV that's a whole other set of headaches.I'd recommend ANY dealership over Paradise Chevrolet.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an appointment to come in here the other day for routine maintenance and my check engine light had come on. When I first got there I was greeted by a mechanics that was walking by, and he pointed me in the direction that I should go to check in. I was told to go see Octavio and that he would be helping me. When it was my turn I went to his little desk/check in area and we went over what I needed done. He then told me it would be around $108 to have my oil changed and what not. I let him know I had purchased an extended warranty when I bought my car at Santa Paula Chevrolet and it should all be covered by that at no additional charge. He then proceeded to ask me if I knew where I was and I said Chevy he than pointed to an invoice that said Ventura on it and said "if you didn't buy it from us then it doesn't apply here." I apologized and let him know I didn't know that and I've only had my car seen in Santa Paula so I was unaware. The whole situation didn't sit well with me, Octavio was extremely rude in the way he spoke to me and made me feel like I was a complete idiot for not knowing this information. The next day I had an appointment at Santa Paula Chevrolet and asked them about what I was told in Ventura and they let me know that that was completely untrue and I can use my extended warranty at any GM motors dealership. I tried to call the general manager at the Ventura site and discuss this situation with him I left 2 voicemails but I never received a call back and it's been 2 weeks now so I don't think it's going to happen. I will never go back to Ventura Chevrolet and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. At Santa Paula Chevrolet they are so kind and the staff was so sweet to my 1 year old. There were literally grown men sitting on the floor talking in baby talk to her, It was the sweetest thing. I really hope that Octavio gets an attitude check and some better training. I could imagine they will/ have lost quite a few customers because of him.

This is the second time I’ve had to get an oil change since buying my car there and both times I’ve worked with Rose. She is so kind and knowledgeable about everything and stays on top of things that my car was ready to go earlier than expected. I appreciated having a nice place to wait, watch tv and enjoyed the free beverages as well. The BEST thing was seeing my car sparkling clean when I left. I had planned to go to the self car wash right afterwards so this was such a wonderful surprise!

Took my 2022 Silverado that I purchased from Paradise Chevrolet to Service Rep Carlos and he provided excellent customer service to explain warranty coverage, to investigate an oil leak and figure out what to do to correct additional problems. He had the engine control module updated to eliminate a check engine light that would randomly illuminate and make me wonder what's wrong.Carlos made sure all the services performed were covered by warranty.Plus gave the truck a courtesy wash.

10/13/23 Received worst service ever from Paradise - Paid $867.00 and vehicle was not fixed and is not good like tech claims - They did not test drive it or they would have known just because no code came up there was still an issue - 2022 they sent me away saying it was fine after I had all kinds of maintenance service done as advised, to hopefully fix the problem only to be told there was no problem - and a year later i came back complaining about the same issue but now its worse. Also in 2022 I paid for a part and was never contacted that the part was in for my sunroof - when i brought my vehicle in this past week I asked about the part - first told they may not be able to fix it and then told Yes, I had ordered the part and paid for it - I mentioned they should fix it for free since it had been a year. The least they could have done was discounted the $50.00 charge -simple sunroof bracket a 2 screw fix I'm sure - when I picked up my car it had some white paste dried on the door handle and door - not washed - dirty seat and feet marks - Overall a very hopeless experience - I am out almost a grand and my car is Not any better than when I drove it in. I feel ripped off, unheard and dismissed once again being told there was No Code, and therefore good news - NO problem - the AGM $400.00 plus battery I was sold fixed the issue. Incorrect nothing was fixed. I drove down the street in tears. The 2nd diagnostic charge for the leak on my oil pan ( I am the one who said I was told there was a leak on the oil pan and I wanted to be sure and see how much to fix it, I was charged a Dianostic fee of $210.00 to tell me Yes, it is a leak on the oil pan and it would be over 1,000.00 to fix it - mostly labor cost (5 hours) - I declined those repairs - I was feeling ripped off and had lost all confidence in my dealership by this time. I am unsure what has happened at Paradise Service Dept - I have always rated them high but as of Now I won't take my vehicle back to them. I called first thing Friday morning after picking my car up Thurs evening - was asked if I wanted to bring it back on Monday or Tuesday - I chose the soonest Monday at 9:00 am and within a few minutes received confirmation of an 8:45 am appointment - Prime example of not being heard - I could not be there by 8:45 am. I canceled and tried what another mechanic I spoke to suggested only to realize it is clearly a transmission issue which the tech would not have missed had he drove the vehicle or wanted to find the problem for me.

My parents had a terrible experience working with Paradise Chevrolet. I'll try and hit the high points, and we've tried working with them to make it right. I won't say they did everything wrong, but the things they did right are far overshadow by the things done poorly. My parents went to the dealership looking for a 2500HD. They didn't have any on the lot they liked, so somewhere in there the salesman convinced them a 1500 would tow the 7,800 pound dry trailer they just purchased. My parents and the dealership disagree on what exactly was said, but my parents clearly communicated the dry weight and must have had some strong assurances that it would work because they purchased the truck. The first time they tried to pull their trailer with water in the tank the GVWR warning light went off on the 1500. This was the point I got involved. I went went back to the dealership with my parents and let them know what happened to see what they would be willing to do. The right thing they did was they helped find a 2500 my parents wanted and that would actually do what they needed and made a deal where the dealership would essentially break even on the 2500. The bad on this was we went back and forth on what they should do with the truck they convinced my parents would work for their application. I requested they unwind the deal on the truck and put the new one in it's place. The dealer stated since it was no longer a new vehicle they couldn't do that and could only max out the trade in at $57,000. Knowing truck was purchased a month earlier for $71,000 and only had 825 miles on it. The sales manger at this point told me they would only be listing it for $61,900 and needed room to make something on it because they had a lot of 1500 inventory. We agreed to this and my parents were treated nicely when they got their new truck where the salesman apologized for everything that happened, BUT it's this next part that really bothered me.Unlike what the sales manger told me they would do with the truck, they listed it for $69,777, it's currently stock# 240256A on their site. If you see that truck on the website, and looking at that price, know the dealer practically stole it from my parents at $57,000 and are looking to make an additional $12,777 on a truck they already sold a month earlier to my parents.I understand dealerships are in the business to make money, but I feel that it's unacceptable to say you won't put something in writing because you're not there to lie to anyone. Only to be proven by your own listing that you did in fact look your customer in the directly in their eyes and lie. Before writing this I tried to reach out to the dealer discuss what happened in all of this, but they didn't feel the need to return my call, so I'm turning to the only real avenue I have left.
