The kindest most knowledgeable employees. They had to reduce the amount of pride toys for dogs because someone complained. Ignorance is alive and well in Ventura. Anyway, great store , great employees

What the hell just happened to my poor puppy? If you want a different looking dog , then this is the place for you. When I picked up my puppy, I didn't even recognize him. In addition, poor customer service with the groomers. I filed a complaint y with corporate. Extremely disappointed!!

I get my two Aussies groomed at petco and it's always great. Daisy and Erika are amazing!! They work with my schedule if something needs to change and the girls always look so good.
