“I buy my dog's raw & slightly cooked food here. Marnie is always pleasant & helpful & full of information to help you keep your pet healthy & happy. There's natural flea products, kibble, wet food, raw food, slightly cooked, fermented , etc etc ... just ask Marni & she can steee you in the right direction. Lots of toys & treats too !!! Go say Hi. Also next door is no anesthesia teeth cleaning. Ive not tried it because my dog only has one tooth”

“This place and Sailor’s is where I get all of my puppy treats and food. The fact that they have a points/rewards system is a wonderful incentive as well!Super friendly staff. “Kim is the best!! She is extremely knowledgeable about all things bird ... what they like and their behaviors are as well. We adopting an indian ringneck parakeet and a plumheaded parakeet from her, and they are both tame and really great birds that are still in training. They can be brats at times, but it comes with the territory. Definitely recommend this place for all your bird needs and for finding a new bird and beginning a bird journey like we have started here!”

“My mom and I have been taking our little buddy to Vickie’s for a while now and we are so happy and blessed with their services! They truly love each little fur baby that walks in and treats them with such care, especially our little guy. He’s normally very nervous when going to the groomers but they know how to take care of him. Communication with the team is so easy and scheduling is wonderful, just plan ahead! Definitely an incredible spot for your fur baby’s spa day!”

“I purchase the automated dog door in November 2022. I love this door. I have it plugged into a smart outlet and we can control it by the app. If it’s raining I can lock the door. I had called customer service to order a replace plastic door because it got scratched up on something inside and no questions asked they are shipping me the new door the same day at no cost. I have dealt with the company for over a year and think their customer service and their product is the best. Thank you”

“I thought the options of dog and cat food was better than the Oxnard location on Rose Ave. I wish you could get the same deals in-store as online without having to select "pick-up" in store. I don't need the employees to gather my items all the time. I just wish you could can scan a coupon on your phone type of thing. I did see a sign in the front of the store about some of these coupons I think a few times. However, not everything is posted on the sign.I provided photos from Decemeber 2023 with the options of dog and cat food.”

The Fish selection and presentation of the tanks are always great and have never brought diseases home from this store to my tanks. I think where the store really shines is the vast selection of fish supplies as everything is always stocked neatly. Always have fun here”

“I go here for everything reptile related. It's great, reliable and I actually get the number of feeders I pay for (not like PetSmart/co where I literally bought 50 mealworms and counted 13). Staff is friendly and helpful. Love this place. Can't recommend it enough.”
