“I shop here frequently for my pets supplies. I enjoy checking out new products and perusing the aisles for items for my dogs, cats and birds. Each time i shop the store manager, Alex is working.
Alex is always incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient. He also went out of his way to assist me with downloading the PetSmart app so I could take advantage of available deals. It’s clear he genuinely cares about customers and making sure they have a positive experience. Excellent customer service—I really appreciate the extra help and will definitely continue shopping here! He keeps me informed of available promotions on their app to ensure I register. He also kindly offers to carry the heavy cat litter and dog food bags I purchase. Employees here are always helpful to assist me with items on lower or higher shelves as I have a difficult time squatting due to two total knee replacements. Ill keep shopping here due to their helpful and friendly staff and variety of products. I've also recently been informed by Alex that they can also ship to my home or to their location and staff will carry out to my car. Shopping made easy-I love it.”
“I have had the armor heavy duty dog door that is compatible with my sliding glass door for more then a year now and I decided to replace the flap because it was dirty because I did not clean it often enough. I mixed up some of the pieces and was unable to reassemble the door. Hi Tech pet took care of me in a way i have not see in a long time!!! they sent me a video and It turned out I had messed up the pieces so badly that it still was not going to help me. Once I let them know they took a door apart in the factory and sent me images with the individual pieces labeled so I was finally able to fix what I broke. I will be a Hi Tech pet customer for life!! they in fact care about their customers!!!”
