This place is awesome and has a mayor variety in sports attire , The reason im giving a 2 star is the fact the hat drops they have are great but they way it plays out some people cheat the system and make it unfair for the people who are singled out. I get the fact they play it smart and bring their whole family but some of us just want our size and hat I was int on 10/8/22 for a hat drop and seen one guy behind me end ip in front bought a hat goes back in line and buys another hat before i even got a chance to buy my hat. Then the manager seemed to allow it But the outcome is you have a high demand in a hat why not make more for those who dont get their size .

We were on the hunt for plain baseball caps for my husband. We almost did not go into the store since most places didn’t carry them or wanted too much for them. Luckily Pro Image did have lots to choose from, then the young guy who was there today around 12ish… well he actually offered to help us find colors and sizes we needed! Very good customer service!

if i could put zero stars, i would. literally the RUDEST people i've ever worked with. and they did absolutely nothing to solve the problem. i got a hat with my name on it for my boyfriend. The hat was too small on him and we got his normal size. (we have gotten one a few weeks ago and it fit fine with the embroidery) but they really messed this hat up. they refused to replace it and i will never return here again. The "Manager" named Ivan was the rude employee who refused to do anything for us. You can just tell the difference between both of the hats.

First and last time I will go to Pro Image Sports. I've never seen so many priced items $100.00 plus. Did find some key fobs and beanies under $100 :)

They have an amazing selection of gear no matter what your favorite team may be and they are very helpful and courteous...Jannah was very helpful and patient. She made our time spent there wonderful. That's the way Christmas shopping should always be!!
