DO NOT order to Europe, tragic. Waited for package for 40 days, it got lost in US. I paid $70, haven't seen the package at all and got refunded $50. Great business :DD

New fuel pump has only been installed for about 30 minutes, but my Polaris seems to have more power than it did with the old fuel pump. Will not know for sure for some time. A year has now passed. Still going strong so I added a star.

Concerning a fuel pump for a 2005 GTO. This is an update to a previous review. I want to thank the owner for making things right for a part that was mislabeled in their system instead of leaving me stuck with a new part that was unusable for my GTO. After making customer service understand that the owner wanted to fix the issue with me, they got it handled. If I find that I need a part from these guys, I won't hesitate to buy again. Thank guys!

I needed to "revive" my MC from being in storage over a year , had to replace my fuel pump assembly , ordered from Quantum , it came a day early and fit neatly and easily into the fuel tank, I was off onto the HWY after that , thank you Quantum , did I mention the price was great ! Doc Ralston

My go to fuel pump and fuel parts supply store is Quantum, hands down. I've purchased parts for jet skis, motorcycles, etc., and never had an issue.

had to buy these products cause their affordable. For all their positive review's-their cheaply made. When you look at their return policy's and warranty policy you find they are set up to keep your money and not to keep their word, typical poor vendor. I have bought from them cause their price is low. Their customer support is a joke, they often wont stand behind their product and shamefully some of the largest vendors of auto and motorcycle products sell their junk-

Second time buy something from them that fails. First was a fuel pump for my sportsman that the fuel gauge was off and ran out of gas while it still showed 1/4 tank. Now a fuel pump for my truck that didn't even last 5 minutes. Looking through the reviews looks like it happens alot and they still have 4 stars.

I picked an OEM kit (HFP-387-U2R3-59955) for my 2008 Yamaha FZ1. The description on the product says, "QUICK & EASY DROP-IN INSTALLATION: Replace all worn components to RESTORE OE performance." The Quantum connector that goes from the fuel pump the bike has a different connector from OEM where it's supposed to connect to the bike. Contacting customer service has been a nightmare; I left 2 voicemails with no call back and waited for 45 minutes on the chat app to find someone who tried to convince me I'm supposed to "splice" the harnesses together. On the chat app the person on the other side would take anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes to reply which is frustrating when I'm trying to problem solve. I can't say I recommend Quantum. OEM is the way.Update: After being ignored on the chat application for 30 mins, I received a call only to tell me they don't have the connector for my machine. This also tried to convince me that the wiring and connectors are not wear items so they don't bother to supply the correct connect because according to this person splicing wiring, in a fuel tank, is common practice. I was refunded for my kit, but will still not recommend Quantum.

I ordered a complete fuel pump assembly from Quantum for my Polaris Sportsman 570. They were much better on price than the OEM pump from the dealers. I live in NJ, and the website said it would be here in 48 hours from California. I though that was BS, but the pump arrived in LESS than 48 hours! It was a perfect match, I installed it, and the quad fired right up like a beast! Runs like a champ now! Great price, great customer service, extremely fast delivery, and a lifetime warranty on the pump. I will definitely recommend Quantum to everyone, and I will be a returning customer when needed!

Ordered a pump for my rzr from here since they offered overnight shipping. Well they didn’t do overnight shipping so I waited a week. Got it installed and went on a ride in the mountains and it lasted maybe 10 hours and now i cant get an answer for my warranty claim and also you have to pay for the warranty shipping for their defective parts. So now they have my money and i can’t even gat a response

Ordered a pump and it never delivered filled a complaint with usps and they were no help call customer service and they say it’s not their problem and to just buy another one. Never reply to emails and leave you on hold for half an hour just to end up sending you to voicemail. I’ll never buy again.

Horrible customer service. Purchased a fuel pump and filter for my Suzuki bike. The filter was incorrectly made (connector to pump was in opposite direction) After contacting them through a chat, and getting nowhere with the help desk , i asked to talk to a manager. Junior was initially helpful and said he would "Make things right" Today i get a chat response from Junior B. saying there was no alternatives and the ETA for a replacement is late June early July, but I can return it for a refund, and closed the chat ! How's that for "Making it right" ? I found a review on their own website that someone indicated almost a year ago of this manufacturing error, but they still sell them knowing this. I now have to pay the ridiculous price of $110C for just the filter. So much for customer service. Ignore them, tell them what they want to hear, and it will all be good. Right Junior ?

I purchased a Quantum fuel filter kit which included hoses and seals for my bike. After many months long saga trying to troubleshoot the problems I eventually identified the issue as the poor quality hoses in the kit which went soft when exposed to fuel and started to leak. This caused the fuel pressure to drop and the bike would become unrideable. So my recommendation to anyone looking to purchase from this company is to rather try to find better quality stuff elsewhere - it honestly is not worth your time and money trying to troubleshoot bad quality components or support a company which peddles them.
