Making an appointment, checking in, and getting a blood draw is a breeze! I really like the way the system works with my smartphone. I used to have to sit in the waiting room for a minimum of a half an hour and now I'm in and out of the place in 10 minutes.

I had trouble with my doctor's office sending in my test information and the staff at Quest was super helpful and understanding. I was able to go in later that week and the phlebotomist was so friendly and did a great job explaining everything to me and they were super gentle with drawing my blood that I didn't bruise for once
