I wish I could have read the reviews about this bank before opening my account with them . They closed my account within 3 weeks . They owe me a check for the remaining money in my account . I called customer service and they could not explain the reason . I just have to wait for the check in the mail . This is the first time I've had a bank close an account within 3 weeks of opening one . This is not a neighborhood bank I recommend anyone to do business with . Go credit union .

Jeff will let you stand in "his" lobby and ignore you. Peter went to chat with Jeff, they knew i was waiting and had been there some time. Customers left, the place was empty, peter ignored me as I was staring at him work his computer. I looked into Jeffs office and nothing, empty office. As i stared at them, Peter walked to Jeffs office, continuing to ignoring me, and to talk to Jeff, after his client left. Only when the other employees were trying to get both of their attention, and failed, did I speak up. That is when, Jeff, finally, acknowledged my existence. That is when he told peter the discussion could wait and to help me. Only after I raised my voice did either of these men actually look at me or acknowledge me. Peter sat in his office and ignored me looking into his office for several minutes. I looked to both Jeff and Peter for help after being told only they can help. I was ignored because they were too busy to even acknowledge me, let alone, help. A few minutes wait turned into over an hour. I still have to go back, again. Until I get a debit card, that works. Will a third visit be the charm? I think it's time for a new bank. Jeff ignore me and then got indignant when I demanded service from him.

Plenty of other parking in the public lot, yet, they're having cars towed! WTH!!!! Who wants to do business with such a bank. Take your business elsewhere.

Slow business day with plenty of other parking in the lot. Yet they're towing cars away. Talk about the Grinch that stole Christmas! Who wants to do business with such a bank. No thanks!

I would give a negative score if possible. This is a worthless bank that deliberately hires the most petty, mean-spirited, malevolent employees. Bank employees who trash talk customers. Bank employees who refuse to help customers, then giggle while stabbing customers in the back. Not open Saturdays. Need to be threatened with legal action to force them to actually do their jobs. Very mean and nasty bank employees. My post box is across the street from this bank, but I am willing to drive 20 miles to find a bank that is trustworthy and honest because Mechanic's Bank is definitely NOT decent or honest or friendly in any way. Truly terrible people.

I was a member when it was Rabo Bank now Mechanics. Kept getting fraud alerts on my phone so they shut my debit off. Than went to get a new card and they were not able to do it dew to lack of staff. So I waited a week for a week came back still not able to reinstate my card. Now all my auto pays are not valid. HUGE INCONVENIENCE. DO NOT BANK HERE.

Since this branch has eliminated its Saturday business hours, its completely useless to me despite being walking distance from home. If I have to drive across town or to a different city to reach a branch to simply cash my paycheck now, there’s no point in maintaining my account. It looks like I’ll be looking for a new bank that has customer-friendly hours of operation.

Since this branch has eliminated its Saturday business hours, its completely useless to me despite being walking distance from home. If I have to drive across town or to a different city to reach a branch to simply cash my paycheck now, or wait an additional week to try and slip into that limited extra hour on Friday because traffic didn't cooperate, there's no point in maintaining my account. It looks like I'll be looking for a new bank that has customer-friendly hours of operation.

Closed my account suddenly with no warning or explanation. My card just stopped working and when I called they said they couldn't tell me why and that I'd have to go to their branch and get a cashier's check for the remaining balance. I've never overdrawn and there has always been money in my account. I truly hate your guts, Mechanics Bank.

Amazing personal service, they are so helpful and nice, and do remember you, even details you may have talked about another time. Nice it’s been mostly the same employees for many years.The last of small town living around here, feels like the old days....

Absolute worse experience I have ever had in a bank. They treated me like I was absolute trash even though I have all my personal accounts with them and our company has all our business accounts with them. Needless to say, we will be moving all of the above to a bank that treats their customers with respect. It is unfortunate as the other branches are super friendly and have always treated us like family. I just cannot overlook the way I was treated in this branch. Teller Ava needs to be retrained on customer service! Last I checked without customers you would not have a job maybe start treating them as such. Perhaps she would do better in a non-face to face position. Get new Managers! you will only continue to lose business.

Don’t waste your time at this branch. Go to Victoria much friendlier customer service. Teller Eva is rude and will waste your time and be shady about it! Management could care less about the customer.Literally cancelling all six accounts including business and personal due to this single experience.
