One or two cashiers are overly suspicious of minority customers, there's possible racial profiling. Passive rude comments from cashiers.

Went in there recently to buy stuff for a bbq, I forgot my wallet so I decided to leave everything that was in my shopping cart & when I was walking out I was being accused of stealing. I opened my purse & showed them that I didn’t take anything and they just said “oh ok”. Not even an apology. I thought that was so rude of them to accuse me of something that I didn’t do. This was very unprofessional.

They close at 12am!!

Call and you’ll never get through to someone. The phone will ring for 10 minutes straight no matter what department you call. Wanting to place a bakery order turned into wanting to get through to someone to file a complaint about the lack of customer service. I never was able to get through to someone, the phone just rings. After 45 minutes of trying repeatedly different departments I gave up, I tried again an hour later with no luck so here I am.

This review is mainly for the starbuck employee that was rude. My drink was filled with milk and I just wanted an expresso. When I brought it to the attention of the blode girl working there she gave me an angry look and asked "what's wrong with it?!!"I explained the order and she made it again but only after telling our coworker "yea I made this right but he wants me to make it again argh!!" She was not saying this in a Whisper. I'm sorry your job is tough but I'm just here to pay for my coffee and go.

Waited 10 min in self checkout for one item. They only have 5 self check out registers operational despite having a whole other bank of self checkout registers that they decided to close for whatever reason...

This store is SO organized and clean. Sometimes, I feel like I'm going to mess up the presentation of the produce when picking some fruits for myself. The cashiers are quick and friendly. And if you check their weekly ads, they have some petty good deals. I'm getting buy 1 get 1 free chicken right now.

We nicknamed this store “The Squeeze” because their aisles are so cluttered with stuff it’s hard to get around. Especially on a busy day. The back aisle with all the dairy stuff is ridiculously cramped. And what’s with all the empty or abandoned shopping carts everywhere making things worse?My theory is they are just maxing out profit per square foot. As Noam Chomsky put it, “The worst possible service for the highest possible profit.”Employees yelling over the intercom like it’s a carnival is really annoying.

Just bought flowers today for Valentines for the wifey! This very rude staff/cashier at the flower shop named Renee M. was racist and extremely rude.When the next customer was hispanic she was very nice and even laughing and she keeps giving me a stare knowing she was guilty how she treated me.Ralphs is a big company they could hire and replace Renee with a better and friendlier,professional new staffs.She sucks and only gonna make business go down specially the flower shop!!!!

Ben Her is so amazing he professional friendly always happy to answer any questions or help you find an item. I’m a regular customer he one of the few that is very friendly and kind. Great asset to the store

Drove 16 miles round trip to the only Ralph's in Ventura for the sale on Jennie o ground turkey. Of course they did not have any of the on sale product. They advertise a low price to get you in the store and then they don't have any. I think the super markets should be forced to advertise the same way car dealers have been forced to let you know exactly how many cars they have available at an advertised price, so should Ralph's. Like we only have 12 packages available at the advertised price so don't bother coming unless you are here at 6am when they get their delivery!!!
