It’s unfortunate Sonia has an injured tailbone. Otherwise she would change her attitude while assisting customers. Even though I know there is protocols to follow, my experience would of been better, even if my issue wasn’t resolved. I went in trying to solve and issue not to know she has a hard time getting up cause of her tailbone.

BRIANNA ROCKS SO HARD!!!! that girl needs a raise. she is not just a sales woman, but a TEACHER. a hair guru. she was so knowledgeable, so nice, so funny!!! we came in at the end of the night as they were about to start closing up the shop, and she was so accommodating. she totally turned our $20 purchase into a $60 one, which i'm not complaining about, because we needed all of the stuff!!! in conclusion, consider yourself BLESSED if u go in while brianna is working.

I went in to find a TINT for my gray hair. I have actually worked very hard to make my hair gray, platinum and black. I do know a lot about hair color just because me and my friends have played around with hair color since the 80s. A woman with a very beautiful purple streak helped me. I explained I wanted a tint and I showed her what I wanted. She said it wouldn't "grab" my hair and showed me some other products. I said I'd already done red a million times and didn't want that so she showed me a product that was called Cherry something. I really should have followed my gut but she was kinda pushy and I'd said TINT so I figured she knew what she was talking about. She suggested a color called Sea Witch and said she'd be living through me. That after I did it I should come in because she wanted to see it. It looked pretty deep in color but since I'd said TINT I figured she knew what she was talking about. The color came out Ooompa Loompa green. It was very pretty. But not a tint at all. It was a full heavy pigment dye that I hated so much. All my greys were gone. UGH. Live and learn. So I went back the next day to get something to remove the vegetable dye and she said that I had to bleach my hair. I asked if they had anything that was like "Color Oops" and she said no. they didn't Carry anything like that...well, except..and the she seemed to remember that there was a color remover. So I saw it and it was for permanent hair dye and not vegetable based hair dye and I just figured NOPE. So I grabbed the TINT that I had originally told her I wanted and said I'd get the dye removal elsewhere because there IS a hair dye removal product specifically for vegetable based dyes. Then she said...oh yes, you mean this? And found what I'd been looking for. When I told her I really hated the color she was a bit aggressive, "Why? What's wrong with it?" I told her I looked like an Oompa Loompa she said I didn't. When I told her even my daughter thought so she said my daughter was just "hating." At the same time there was a Marine in the shop getting a shaver for his head. He had come in in his own car but following a big red truck that said "Marines" all over it. They were being stupid, I admit. But what happened was he was following the truck, they stopped and he was on a speed bump, so his car started back. Then they reversed so he did and he didn't pay attention and came about a foot too close to the car behind him. That car was the driver of the woman with the purple streak. So she was VERY rude to the Marine. She gave him a piece of her mind while he was in the shop and it was very uncomfortable for all of us because, well, he's a Marine. Normally, we give people in the military a bit of respect. He apologized about what had happened, which I witnessed and wasn't even that big of a deal. She checked me out. If I'd followed my gut I would have spent less than 20 dollars and had what I wanted. A TINT. Since I didn't I ended up spending almost 60 dollars, my hair is wrecked. And as I was leaving she mentioned going out to beat up the Marines. This woman has NO BUSINESS in customer service at all. Oh. And she kept trying to be hip or something with me. "Girl! You deserve to play around with your hair." I am 54 and I look 54. I've been "playing around with my hair" probably before her parents were born. All I have to say is "Girl, you need to do some more research about what's in your store and, Gurl, you might want to listen to your customers and Shawty, don't mess with the people who spend more time working day and night to get ready to defend our country than you have on your pretty little purple streak. Stay in your lane. And, I feel that Your lane, Girl, should be the unemployment line."

Huge thanks to Sonia who helped guide me from dark to light hair. It took multiple procedures and every time I came in with more questions, she patiently walked me through the process. It took three visits, a few treatments and all without damage to my hair. I'm eternally grateful!

Sonia IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! She really goes above & beyond to help me, to select the products I specifically am looking for. She is the perfect blend of friendliness & professionalism, and the reason why I come to this store and not the others. YOU ARE A SUPERSTAR!

I was very surprised when I witnessed the store clerk run her fingers thru a customer hair ( no gloves on ) to determine the texture of the customers hair She then continued to wait on others without washing her hands or using a hand sanitizer . As a nurse, when it was my turn for checkout, I suggested she use hand sanitizer before the transaction. No response , just a cold look and said, how can I help you? I turned around and left. Guess I won’t be going back there every again . ?

The stylists were really amazing with my hair, and the beauty products they offered were very reliable. These guys deserved a two thumbs up because of the amazing services they provided, and I'm sure that I will be coming back here again. Also, the place was very clean and very relaxing! Highly recommended beauty shop services!

I have shopped for various beauty supplies here at Sally's Beauty for several years. The ladies have always been extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to work with when questions arise to mixing hair dyes, better developers and recommending the strengths of the developers. This in and of itself, helped from over processing with the developer all because it was recommended I try a 2 % solution. Believe me when I tell you that that one suggestion saved my hair from the ravages of over-processing! Great advice, great service, great ladies!

I have never received such terrible customer service before. I do my hair myself because I can't afford to get it done and if it turns out bad....well I did it so i don't care. I walk up the counter because I had a question. I put all my stuff on the counter and I said "excuse me I have a question" and she goes "what are you trying to do??" Like....all my stuff is on the counter, why don't you look? So then I ask my question and she WILL NOT make eye contact with me. Just kept looking at her paper or at the floor. She talked to me like I was stupid. Well once I got the extra things I needed, she started scanning and asked for my number. I waited till she was back at her computer and she said "phone number" very aggressive so I started saying it while she was still scanning. Then tells me "that didn't work do you have another one?" And I said "that one worked when I went 2 weeks ago" and she asks for it again. I gave it again, still nothing. So she looked me up by my last name and zip code. Then told me that the phone number I have on file is THE EXACT PHONE NUMBER I GAVE HER. This entire time she isn't looking at me. She bags all my stuff and just puts it in front of me very aggressively and goes "have a nice day!" I will go back because I love Sally's and this one employee doesn't represent the company. But I will request to speak with another employee if she's there.
