Cashier was rude , rushing me to pay my products when still looking through the products that are in line before paying , after paying she literally threw me my bag she had really bad customer service and it seemed like she didnt want to be there.

Nicole the manager was HORRIBLE. The majority of the staff is very rude. There was a girl there today that I saw that was very helpful. I wish I knew her name, her name isn’t on my receipt but she deserves a raise. I cashed in my points of the $100 and the girls kept telling me I couldn’t use it in store when on the email it says I can and I chatted with a representative and they confirmed that you could. Nicole was very passive aggressive from the very beginning she wasn’t helpful at all. When I was chatting with a representative Nicole told me that I need to call her instead of chatting with her in a very rude way she then went to the back to “try to get more information” she was back there for awhile and other cashier ended up trying to help me. She was the only nice one in this experience. Nicole was also rude to the representative on the phone. Nicole was getting confused because on my account I have a couple different emails that I have tried to get complained and tells the representative “she has too many accounts”, i specifically told them what email I use. After the representative was able to get the transaction to go through Nicole was giving me my phone back. Instead of hanging it to me in my hand she just put it on the desk and it was kinda of hard, it made a sound. I never leave reviews but Nicole’s customer service is AWFUL, especially when a customer didn’t do anything wrong and just wanted to use a reward that you can use in store. The other associate that helped again was very sweet and the other male Asian manager are the only nice employees that work here. Stop hiring people that don’t enjoy their job and are rude.

Today I went into Sephora around 4:30ish and I’m not sure if they were short staffed or what but I was standing by the makeup by Mario eyeshadow pallets and no one helped me for 15 minutes which is weird because every time I’ve been there 100 people come up to me asking if I need help (or maybe they do this for theft purposes not sure)…anyways I finally caught a Sephora employee talking to a different customer next to the Natasha Denona eyeshadow pallets and decided to ask for help because again no one asked me if I needed assistance…I politely went up to her and said “excuse me” to which the Sephora employee turned and yelled at me in my face “EXCUSE ME” I was stunned because I have never been faced with this nasty attitude before… she then said “what” after I politely asked for her to check for an eyeshadow pallet from makeup by Mario on the drawers below because from what I was told customers are not allowed to open the drawers….so I had to repeat myself in a calm manner. I could have avoided this rude and immature behavior by simply opening the bottom drawers myself…please hire employees that are willing to do their job without an attitude like the rest of us working citizens thank you….

Christine answered. Very rude right from the start and wouldn't let me speak. I was inquiring about exchanging a foundation that i was shade matched for & clearly wasnt a match. $55 down the drain. Wont be going back.

So bad customer service , I will try to ask her to the price and then I want some of them new product for simple then she would say like she can’t give it to me then that’s kind of weird. I always love to shop in Sephora. I wouldn’t recommend to go in this Sephora Ventura Pacific Mall. They are so rude.

Sephora has the Best variety of anything you need! Perfumes, make up, skin care. Staff is outstanding and super knowledgeable

I went in to try a new concealer and new skin tint and Alex was very helpful super nice! She found my perfect shade and made me feel super comfortable to ask for help. Sadly I ended up not buying anything because my gift card didn't work it said I had no money but I pulled up my balance online to show them and told me to call the number in the back. I ordered the skin tint online where the gift card went through but 30 mins later my order was cancelled. Too much hassle for one item.

I want to thank the handsome Latino gentleman that helped my young daughter and I find skincare that is kid friendly. He took the time to help us, and was genuinely kind and funny! Thank you!

Super good sephora location! The employees were super kind! My friend and I were looking for something specific and I couldn’t find it and one of the employees helped me look for it! She was super kind, and I wish I could remember her name so I could mention her kindness to me and my friend.

I was waiting in line to pay and the girl at the counter was helping another customer who was asking a lot of questions and they kept leaving the counter. I understand that she was helping a customer but she should’ve acknowledged the customer that is waiting in line to pay by saying “I’ll be right with you” or “let me get someone to check you out”. Instead she completely ignores me. I ended up walking out and not buying anything. Terrible customer service!!!
