I’ve been coming to this gas station for a few years and I rarely ever had an issue with slow pumps, but over the past few months the pumps have been slow when I get gas and it’s got me worried because I’ve been told by multiple mechanics that a slow pump could be a sign that the pumps aren’t getting serviced properly which could result in poor quality fuel. I informed the cashier that my pump was slow today and she told me that they just got refilled earlier that morning, so I’m not sure why the pump was still slow. The cheaper price isn’t worth risking damage to my cars fuel system so I’m no longer going to be pumping gas here.

I come to this gas station because of their carwash. I love their carwash and they offer different options from normal to medium to premium. You do not have to get out of your car at all because it is handless. It is a drive through carwash so all you do is drive you car into it. Their prices are affordable and give you options to even save some money by buying multiple at a time. This carwash also offers rainbow colored soap that makes it entertaining for kids inside the car!

Beautiful inside restrooms really clean! Missing one star however. There is no sink in the restroom! There is a sink outside the restroom but we were told it was being cleaned and couldn't be used.

I like my Shell on Harbor Blvd in Ventura. I clean my own car so I don't use there car wash. I still get gas for under $4.75.

Miguel was very helpful, I went in to buy a little trees car freshener and he introduced me to the sprays you guys have. Will most definitely be coming back because of that, he also knew where everything else was that I asked for.

THE CLEANEST GAS STATION BATHROOM EVER!! Was impressed with scent, toiletries and ambiance. *2 Gender-neutral bathrooms. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. PS. *if the McFlurry machine is broken at the McDonnalds.. this Shell station has a drink machine that makes a variety of specialty drinks.

Just want to take some time to give props to this gas station. Not only to mention it' got remodeled (looks fantastic) the employees are kind and keep this place looking good. But also as it appears in fuel rewards app it keeps cheaper gas prices than other Shell stations. This is my favorite to go gas station.

Seems like a fine enough place to stop. It was being remodeled when I went in so the snacks & drinks selection was limited, but adequate for my needs. Gas is average price & speed. Nothing wrong with it. Have used the car wash once and it was good too. Overall convenient location right off the 101. Easy to get in and out of & back on the road.
