The guy at the front counter is always on his phone, very condescending. They have restrooms “out of order” for a while now with all the money they make you’d think they’d offer better than the construction people portapotty

Quick stop, nice fast pumps, and best prices around in Ventura. Plus it was great to have it right off the freeway.

The worst gas station ever. There is two rest room but out of order. One of the gas pump is not working well. No tissue papers to wipe the glass and no water in the wiping box. The reason is lazy worker at this place. Careless because people will not complain.

DANGER PUMPING GASI am from out of town. Stopped to fuel up. As I was standing watching the pump suddenly I started feeling wet. I turned to see that my tank was full but the pump was still pumping. The auto shut off was not working and out of two holes gasoline was spraying everywhere and all over me. I did not have a change of clothes in the car. I went in to tell the people about the issue. They asked what pump I was on did not offer an apology did not not offer any help. I had to ask repeatedly for a phone number. I know I have to go bye close to figure out how to clean up on the road I stink like gasoline. The worst part is that not a single person offered an apology or expressed concern. They also didn't shut the pump down when I was done

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. A six pack of corona and a pack of cigarettes for $28 and after I said no thank you the man cashier said rather condescending. YOU'LL BE BACK. There are many stores in our community, and I sincerely hope this worker/manager/owner adjust his attitude towards customers that lets them have a business. I will never go to a store that the employees feel like they are doing us a favor. One person's complaint may mean nothing, but enough people are treated like trash the business will go under. Make a stand and let businesses know that customer service should be their priority even if the prices are outrageous.

This location has four e85 ethanol fuel pumps. Due to California's completely unreasonable gas prices, e85 flex fuel is an alternative fuel made from corn. Since it is domestic, there's heavy incentive to keep the price low. As of 11-12-22 the price for e85 at Sinclair was $3.33. compared to their gasoline, the lowest price is $5+. If you have a flex fuel vehicle you can fill up for $2 a gallon cheaper, but e85 has a much higher octane but also a much lower energy density than gasoline. This means that you will get less miles per gallon on ethanol than you would with gas, I didn't think I need to clarify that, but just in case, you will probably get 4-7 MPG less than what you would with gas. In California all gas has at least 10% ethanol. But it is extremely important not to put e85 flex fuel into a vehicle that is not able to run flex fuel. If you don't 100% without a doubt, know that your vehicle is compatible with flex fuel, it's probably best not to try and find out by seeing if your car breaks by using it without knowing. Otherwise, as the oil companies continue to gouge, what little money the majority of us have left, this is literally the only alternative to gasoline besides diesel. Since public transportation here is a joke. Wait, jokes are supposed to be funny, Public transportation is horrendous here, you're going to have to fill up to get to work to make money to fill up, it is literally no different than a drug addiction. I do coke so I can work longer so I can earn more so I can do more coke. I get gas so I can get to work so I can earn more so I can get more gas.
