When I arrived at Steven’s Detail I knew I’ve come to the right place. The appearance of the shop said it all that this is a professional business When I got out of my vehicle I was greeted by Steven in a warm welcoming way as if I’ve known him forever. He explained to me the process they would be doing to my vehicle step by step. How many places do that these days? I met Sam, he was the Team Leader on my vehicle doing the work. Again a real good guy with respect and manners. That is something so many business’s fall short of. I wanted to meet Teri the receptionist. I actually spoke to her on the phone to make the appointment. Teri told me what the maintenance consisted of. She told me when they had an opening to come in. She took any stress about getting there on time how they were flexible within reason, if I had a ride. All the right things you would expect from Stevens Detailing!
I met Jeremy (the owner) and immediately felt good by his respect and thoughtfulness. This is a man who takes pride in his family, employees and his business. I like others thought the days of a business man like this were gone. Certainly not at Stevens Detailing. When I came to get my vehicle I thought I had a new vehicle. The vehicle looked absolutely stunning. I was so impressed with the way everything turned out. From the inside to the outside the guys really did a beautiful job. Jeremy made a point to be there with a hand shake and a thank you. What more could the customer ask for.

This is THE PREMIER detail shop in Ventura. The ceramic detail work they’re doing at Stevens just pops! They turn cars into beautiful art. Customer service and products are tops, as well.

Steven’s Detailing did an AMAZING job with the ceramic coat finish on my 2025 Mustang! I mean, WOW!! It makes the color pop so beautifully. The interior detail they did looks better than the day we bought the car brand new. Thank you Steven’s Detailing! You and your entire staff are so friendly and very helpful with all of our questions. I’ll never shop anywhere else for my car care needs. You guys are the best!

The team did an amazing job on our 2021 Mercedes GLC! The car had noticeable surface scratches/scuffs on its paint from the prior owner and they took care of of all that. The car and the car's plastic trim looks like new! We did the GOLD plan and now have all their hard work under ceramic coating now. Pro tip: if you have deep scratches or chips, bring them the car manufacture's touch up paint, and they will apply it where needed for you. Highly recommend Stevens Detailing!

Stevens detailing did a great job on my 2010 Porsche 911. The paint on this 15 year old car looks brand new. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! I won’t hesitate to tell all my friends to go to Stevens detailing. The communication was excellent, the work was perfect, and I really appreciate the way I was treated by the professional staff at the shop.

I'm so glad I chose Stevens Detailing for my ceramic coating. This is the first car I got a ceramic coating and I'm so happy with the work Stevens Detailing did. Terry took care of me from start to finish and was incredible. They cleaned the inside of my car and the engine bay, never seen such a clean car, ever! Steven gave me step by step instructions on how to maintain the coating and honestly all of them were so cool and the job came out so nice. Car looks fantastic! If you need a ceramic coat, call Terry at Stevens Detailing, you won't regret it!

If you're looking for the absolute best detailing experience, including ceramic coating, look no further than Stevens Detailing. Super professional staff, extremely helpful. great products and detail work above and beyond. The only problem is - they are so good that they are booked up fairly solidly, but it is definitely worth the wait time. I can deal with that problem.
