Horrible customer service. I called ahead and asked if I could get a new screen protector and I was told that if I come into the store I can order a new one. Great, I walk in and off the bat I'm told someone will be right with me. I'm standing there for 15 minutes before someone comes out. Mind you when I see an employee walk out of the back room there are THREE other employees sitting around talking. I explain my issue, give all my information and after everything Aaron tells me that he can't do anything about it even though I called ahead and was told something different. It has now been 30 minutes and he tells me to try a different store with a petty attitude for no reason after I was extremely patient and kind towards him after having to wait for so long when there were people clearly available to help. At this point I'm fed up and I say, "so I waited here for nothing?" And all he has to say is, "pretty much yeah." So rude, didn't apologize for anything. It's not their fault they don't have the product but I called ahead and explained my issue thoroughly and I was told I would be able to receive help. What the cherry on top is while I was being helped 2 other customers walked in and were helped IMMEDIATELY. Yet I had to stand there and waste 30 minutes of my time while the other customers were helped out in less then 10 minutes. Go to a different location, they clearly don't understand what they're doing here.

I came to this store to switch my phone service from Consumer Cellular because consumer Cellular is changing from T-Mobile to AT&T. I spent several hours at different times attempting to make the change. I gave up trying and decided to move my service to T-Mobile. The store manager Karen spent two hours patiently, skillfully and successfully solving the problem. Thank you!

So we went there to add a line for my son. When we got there the gal informed us we could get my son a phone on T-Mobile are choices we're a SE or I-Phone 12. We were never told we'd have to pay a device fee how much it would be and that the phone itself costs close to $700. Which is high for a 12. It doesn't even mention it on our receipt. Also when we left she stated our bill would be around $310 cause of the additional $35 adding a line and $18 for the warranty. We already paid close to $150 before we left. Than we get an email that are bill is $330. We complained to customer service and the store manager and gal who served us and it got us nowhere. WTF we're ready to switch to Spectrum and save a ton. We've had enough and are so pissed.

I never write reviews, but I just have to share. I have never been so disrespected in my life. I simply walked in to have some assistance setting up my new iPhone that I recently purchased from them. Long story short: The manager was so incredibly rude and sent me home to figure it out on my own? Highly highly do not recommend this location. Such terrible customer service.

Been to this location a few time and last 2 times was helped by Berniece and she is terrific! Not only is she as nice as can be but she's super fast and through as wlell. Total rockstar! If you go there, ask for her is she is available, you will be so glad you did!

After reading reviews, the TMobil on Johnson Dr. was exceptional. My representative EMILY deserves a 10 star review, a real asset to their company and this location. I am enjoyingusing my new Samsung phone, too, just have to get used to it after using my old clunker for 7 years! A most positive experience for this electronically challenged senior citizen.

they didn't have any phone cases for the type of phone I have. very little variety and the workers were rude.

Seven months ago I went in to the store and specifically stated I was a government employee not military and the person that helped me still signed me up for the military plan stating it was the same thing seven months later I find out it was not the same thing and now I have to pay more. On top of that because I didn't sign up for the correct government employee plan I cannot get it now unless I add another line to my account when this was not my fault. Customer service was no help and neither were the people at the store. I am going to be paying off my phone and will be leaving T-Mobile and also spreading the word not to go to the store or even to go with T-Mobile for that matter. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

We needed to get in and out quickly because my girl is going thru Chemo and is immunocompromised. Calvin was awesome getting us taken care of quickly and getting her all set up with her new phone. We were out of there in a flash and everything works! Thanks Calvin!

went in to upgrade my family's phones and bernice was super helpful! some things got a little jumbled (not their fault) and they were able to get everything up and running!!! great customer service and really friendly atmosphere. i feel super comfortable going back if i have any more questions or need any help. great store!

Went in to change my carrier from Verizon to T-Mobile because of cheaper international plans and also upgraded my phone and Carl the mobile expert helped me with the whole process. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The rest of the staff was also very friendly too.

Two words, AMAZING SERVICE !! After going around looking for prices I kept finding myself with offers that were way out of my budget. I finally landed at Sprint and was helped by Chris. He was so kind and helped me find a reasonable price within my budget and got me more for less! He made everything a breeze , I will definitely come back and recommend to everyone I know. Thank you for the experience Chris !
